肖传国昨日称，这份调查书已经足以证明他的清白，但反过来，也证明了陶红梅的控告没有事实依据，完全是凭空捏造。而这起事件已经给他本人和神源医院造成了很恶劣的影响。

深圳神源医院的法律顾问李国斌律师则表示，陶红梅指称肖传国每月结账之时都利用职权进行强制猥亵，若指控属实，则肖传国涉嫌10余次对其强制猥亵，面对如此情节严重的指控，本不需要他自证清白，而是需要对方首先拿出确凿的证据。但对方却通过媒体制造负面舆论压力，如果仅是如此，还只是涉嫌诽谤，但她同时正式向警方报了案，目的非常明显，是要追究肖传国的刑事责任。若猥亵刑事犯罪成立，可能被判处5年以下有期徒刑。
事情发生以来，肖传国不但出示各种证据自证清白，现在警方也认定这一控告没有违法事实，这样一来，对方就涉嫌捏造事实诬告陷害他人，他们肯定要追究对方的这一行为。
