昨日，张家口一读者打来热线电话，称10日下午5时40分左右，张家口市桥东区龙泉广场门口的两个大石球被驶上广场的车辆撞落，其中一个沿着东兴街滚了下来，一直滚了1000多米，在砸伤5位市民、两辆汽车之后，跌进了七中东面的一个树坑。市民表示，如果这个大石球不跌进树坑的话，再往前就是张家口市第七中学，正赶上放学，后果实在不堪设想，希望有关部门加强龙泉广场的管理，消除安全隐患。
龙泉广场位于张家口市桥东区东部山脚。由于张家口的地理因素，从东兴街一路往东走是一个长长的大上坡，再钻过东环高架桥，就到了龙泉广场。
昨日，记者来到龙泉广场，广场门口的8个景观石已经不知去向，只留下8个石头底座横在门口，每个石头底座都有凹陷。附近市民说，这些大石球原来就摆放在这个底座上，事故发生之后，已经被有关部门清理运走。
记者沿东兴街采访时看到，一辆被砸坏的的轿车依然停在路边，车主薄女士告诉记者，她就住在街边的居民楼，10日下午5时多，她正在家里呆着，忽然听见“砰”的一声巨响，感觉就像撞车了，甚至居民楼都有震动。她从窗户往外一看，自己停在路边的车辆已经趴下了，下楼一看，车辆的右前轮几乎已被撞掉，车头呈现下趴式，汽车前部，零件散落了一地。此时，她再往东一看，从6路公交车站牌到她的车辆之间的几十米长的路段，躺着多位市民，有的市民满身是血，不住呼喊救人。

伤者讲述
刚下公交车就被砸进了医院
据市民介绍，事故至少造成5人受伤，都被送进了医院。而被撞坏汽车的车主由于没有说清楚赔偿及责任问题，也没有将车辆拖走维修，而是一直停放在事发现场，等待有关部门处理。
11日，记者在张家口251医院外科病房，见到了受伤的8岁小学生郝旭。他正躺在病床上输液，脸部及头部有明显的伤痕。据学生家长介绍，当时孩子刚下公交车，根本不知道怎么回事，就被石球撞倒了，跟其他人一起摔倒在路边。接到电话后家长赶紧到了现场，看到孩子流了很多血，头上有几个伤口，随后孩子就被送进了医院。现在孩子感觉腿疼、头晕，正在住院治疗。
随后，记者又在其他病房见到了另外两位伤者的家属岑先生，他告诉记者，受伤最严重的是他姐姐岑女士，目前还在重症监护室接受治疗，而住在6楼病房的是他母亲，被石头砸得腿部骨折，受伤也较为严重，目前正在接受治疗。
伤者家属表示，那个滚落的石球很大，直径有半米多，估计得有几百斤重，从那么长的陡坡滚下来，速度很快，人们根本挡不住，只能眼睁睁地被压伤。
记者了解到，这次事故共造成5位市民受伤，其中三位住在251医院进行治疗，另外两位受伤相对较轻的市民住在北方学院附属第三医院进行治疗。
伤者家属表示，伤者刚住院时的少部分检查费用是自己缴纳的，后来晚上桥东区有关部门领导来到医院看望伤者，表示会尽全力救治伤者，并表示为伤者先行垫付费用，伤者不用担心费用的问题，安心养伤就行。
采访中，市民表示，这样的大石球没遮没拦地沿街伤人，造成如此严重的后果，导致这么多市民受伤，龙泉广场必须加强管理了。同时，张家口本来就是个山城，道路都是上坡下坡，城建部门在设置这些大圆球的时候，考虑不足，遗留下了安全隐患。
部门回应
正在积极展开事故处理及善后工作
昨日下午，记者就此事和张家口市桥东区取得联系。工作人员证实，10日下午5时40分左右，桥东区龙泉广场景观石沿东兴街坡路向西滚动，造成5人受伤、两辆轿车受损。
事故发生后，桥东区委书记罗利民、代区长王建军、区委副书记王存纲等有关区领导连夜赶到医院看望伤者及家属，并积极和医院沟通安排，组织专家对伤者进行会诊，确定最佳治疗方案，并对伤者及家属安排专人陪护。
桥东区表示，为了尽快查明事故原因，桥东区已经成立事故调查小组，对现场进行调查取证。经过认真勘查和分析，初步判断景观石滚落原因为车辆碰撞引发，但具体原因桥东公安分局正在深入调查，等结果查实之后会尽快向社会公布。
同时，桥东区表示，已经要求处置小组全力做好善后安抚工作。桥东区明确表态，在没有查明具体原因之前，受伤人员和受伤车辆所需费用均由桥东区负责。下一步，桥东区还将督促公安部门尽快查明事故具体原因，依法追究肇事人员的责任。
