而直面奇虎360浏览器与搜索业务挑战的搜狗浏览器与搜索业务，也是搜狗重要收入来源。搜狗第二季度财报显示，期内搜狗实现营收5000万美元，其中，搜索和其他广告营收为4600万美元,同比增长61%。

目前，究竟是搜狗浏览器确有漏洞，还是奇虎360刻意为之，仍难下结论。对此，专业人士对记者表示，消费者可以通过一些更谨慎的措施来防范个人信息的泄露，如降低多种网络服务账号的关联性，尽量不要采取多个账号一个密码、设置单一验证手段等方式。
