评测之前先要交代一些背景，3G方面我们选择当下速度最快的联通HSDPA，且在信号满格情况下进行测试；固网方面则是使用人数最多的联通20M家用宽带，非常成熟；4G则是中国移动TD-LTE制式，虽未正式商用，但信号稳定并且也是满格的情况。
至于下载片源部分，则是616MB和1.09GB同样规格的两部电影，并且从迅雷离线空间进行下载，且都使用了高速通道，因此不存在下载源差异的问题。
以测试的情况来说，家用20M宽带是非常稳定的，从下载曲线就可看出，除了下载即将结束时候的速度跌落以外，基本保持匀速，因为固网的抗干扰能力很强，因此速度十分稳定，但相比4G来说还不够快。
3G的情况则比较糟糕，不仅速度波动非常大，而且平均速度也不是很快。也许在4G没出现之前，我们觉得3G还是能堪大任的，但比较之后发现十分不理想，300多KB/s的平均速度与家用宽带相比也毫无优势。
4G的速度无疑是非常抢眼的，下载均速达到4.15MB/s，下载1.09GB电影仅需4分半钟，几乎是三倍于联通20M宽带的表现，更是将3G远远甩在身后。而在稳定性方面，虽然4G也会面临无线信号受损的情况，但由于下载用时较短，因此稳定性相对较强，我们看到的是一条波动幅度不大的下载曲线，这一点令人十分满意。
因此我们的结论是：如果4G能够不限流量使用，那么它完全有能力替代任何家用宽带，成为速度最快的上网方式，极大的改变我们的网络生活方式。同时我们也认识到，4G其实更适合使用在PC端，超大数据量的下载与分享是其最好的用武之地，而手机端其实没有太多机会享用如此快的网速，单纯使用手机上4G网络，其实是一种浪费。
通过本次测试，我们也有一些心得技巧想要分享出来：
最好选择USB有线连接方式分享热点
无论手机还是便携式无线路由器，都尽量不要选择WIFI无线分享的方式，因为速度损失太多。目前移动设备搭载的WIFI规格均为802.11n，理论速率为150Mbps，勉强达到当下4G规格的上限，如果考虑到信号衰减的情况，那么会令4G的网速受到相当大的影响，实际上我们测试的时候，如果用WIFI热点的分享方式，那么笔记本得到的速度可能仅有1/10，根本无法火力全开，因此强烈建议大家采用有线方式进行分享。当然最好是购买一款USB接口的无线上网卡。
别忽视USB线，直接影响速度
即便选择USB线直连的方式，也不要掉以轻心，最好使用质量较好或是手机原装的USB数据线。经过测试我们发现，一些质量不好的线材，会损失掉一半的4G网速，也就是说在高速数据传输这一环，任何节点都是不能疏忽的。
找到信号稳定的地方且避免高速移动
理论上来说，高速移动（时速百公里以上）时4G信号是会有明显衰减的，所以如果是为了获得极速下载的效果，那么就要在静止的情况下，找到信号最好的地方进行下载。所幸随着4G网络的建设，其覆盖率也正在飞速普及，以北京来说，仅一周的时间，覆盖区域就已经从三环扩展到了五环，因此满格信号并不难找。
如果使用手机分享4G网络，关掉所有程序
智能手机都具备多任务处理能力，在进行4G分享的时候，后台程序依然会悄悄“吃流量”，这个时候对于下载速度会有非常大的影响，查看下载曲线的时候就会看到并不平稳，极大影响了4G的发挥。但是对于智能手机来说，你不可能完全关掉所有后台程序（系统底层的关不掉），因此用手机分享4G网络，其实只是权宜之计。
