据该店主介绍，“病假条”有空白版和完整版两种。完整版是开好的，医师章、院章齐全，这样的一个病假条售价80元，而空白版的也要50元。
“医院可以开同仁医院，病情除了精神科疾病不能开以外，其余的根据购买者要求来开。”店主说。
记者对所开的病假条真伪提出质疑，店主说：“这是从医院里面开出来的，我只负责联系，明白了吧。”随后还给记者展示了一个样本。

从病假条来源处看，如果这种用来销售的“病假条”出自医师之手，医生应不应该承担相应责任？据了解，我国《执业医师法》规定，医生未经亲自诊查、调查，禁止签署诊断、治疗、等证明，情节严重的，吊销其执业证书；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
换一种角度，购买者自身也难逃其责，尽管双11诱惑力极强，但购买者将面临被单位处罚的风险，还面临诚信问题的良心拷问。
