用智能代替“人肉”
应向阳的创意缘于他在网上购物的感受。大三时，他参与做科技项目，经常需要从网上购买零配件。每次快件送达时，他都不得不临时从课堂上跑出去取，因为“当时不去取，当天就取不到了”。他发现，像自己这样离开教室取快件的同学不在少数，有的同学“取完后到饭点就没再回来上课了”。
“快递员送货时间不固定，快递不能及时收到，直接影响人们的学习和生活”。网购群体面临的这一困扰，让应向阳“嗅”到了商机。由此他想到了超市的储物柜，通过物联网的技术，应该可以解决快件暂存的问题。
“时间不等人，尤其是软件行业更新迅速，机会稍纵即逝。”去年9月20日，应向阳创办了福州友宝电子科技公司，着手开发物联网的智能快递终端——类似于超市物品寄放的储物柜，通过运用通信技术、数据库管理技术，把它变成一个便利智能的储物柜。当快递员把快件送到校园，学生正在上课无法签收时，快递员会把快件储存进像储物柜一样的机器中，机器会自动向学生手机发送储存柜号和取件密码的指令，学生就可以在方便的时候再取件。

攻难关做测试

那段时间，应向阳觉得压力很大。白天他继续去快递公司兼职，收集信息。晚上回来后他就和团队伙伴“头脑风暴”，在餐厅边吃饭边研究解决方案。
经过和快递公司反复协商，双方终于找到了妥协方案。“在初期，我们会要求快递公司在存件前要给用户发短信或电话告知，存入后就算签收了。用户收件后可现场验货，发现损坏或丢失直接放回柜子，算退货。全程以监控视频为证据，任何一方都难抵赖。”应向阳介绍说。
真正的产品上线是在今年农历正月初六。春节假期还未结束，应向阳就提前将所有的团队成员召回公司。当时学校宿舍还没开放，他们就连续吃睡在公司一个月，继续攻难关，做测试，最终获得了快递公司的认可。

登上福布斯

随着产品的不断成熟，客户纷纷抛来了“橄榄枝”。5月初，来自天津的代理商和他们一次性签订了100多万元的订货合同。6月初，他们和一家大型公司达成合作协议，在福州挑选出合适的50个社区，作为铺设公司产品的样板市场，建立示范点。10月，他们配合国家邮政管理局进行行业标准的调研和制定，多套方案已被采纳。
目前，“友宝智能快递终端”系统已经在应向阳的母校福建师大投入商业运营。据他透露，南京、厦门、上海、武汉、西安等地也正在开拓市场，有望得到推广。该系统的二代产品近日宣告研发成功，已投入使用的系统将陆续得到升级。
