对于小米而言，质量和用户体验感受变得更为重要——它通常先以“最快”、“性价比”、“用户体验好”等极具诱惑力的关键词吸引用户。近日在接受《华尔街日报》采访时，雷军就表示是“重视客户体验与产品质量赢得了中国市场”。
其次，它以“饥饿营销”模式出售产品，“这让用户从抢购那时开始，内心就对小米产品充满了非常高的期望。”上述手机行业人士对记者称，与此同时，小米本质上是一家“互联网公司”，迄今为止没有一个实体店，用户很难有渠道体验到真机，一旦“超高期望”的小米手机问题重重，加上并不完善的售后服务，内心失望和愤怒也就可以预期。
这让即使是曾经最坚定的粉丝，也有可能被迫倒戈。“只求官方给个合理的解释！不要伤了米粉的心！一直很期待M3，从M1，到M2，再到M3，每次都是前三批购买的，还有送朋友的，可这次的M3，确实很失望。”在小米官方论坛，对官方程序化回应不满的“默寞的默寞”在回复小川帖子时说。
对于在新浪微博介绍为“老米粉、MIUI专家组成员”的“飞天翼z”来说，则在忍无可忍后的第6天将小米3退机退款，购买了一部iphone5S，“背叛”了曾经钟爱的小米。
他称自己是小米1首批、小米2次轮、小米3首批用户，“小米1、小米2都维修过，到小米3就实在失望了。”他对记者说。记者从他的微博来看，几乎都是发自小米2以及小米3手机。
记者体验：
小米售后难如人意
根据小米官方公布的资料，除了已经成立的429家授权中心，小米会在明年开设18家提供售后服务的旗舰店，而且还会在明年开设首家实体店。
在重庆，小米之家坐落在九龙坡区科园三路南方星空大厦19楼。从介绍来看，和其他小米之家一样，该服务站具备新机体验、检测手机服务和手机自提、维修等业务功能，且进门第一眼就能看到“请勿拍照”的提示。
而从记者在10月29日下午首次探访情况来看，短短十来分钟内就有10多位用户因为手机种种问题前来进行维修，而在长时间无休息状态下的几位工作人员也面露疲态，对用户问题并不愿过多解答。
从记者观察来看，除了一位刷机的用户，基本上都无法当天取机。一位小米2屏幕破裂的用户对记者说，不想换屏幕只想让小米帮忙把数据拷贝出来，但等了半个小时也没人理睬——实际上，记者分不同时段两次进入该服务站，溜达半天也没有工作人员上前询问和答话。
“什么都没说，就直接说要换屏幕，490元。不是在三包范围内么？”坐在小米电视体验桌前，购买小米2S不到三个月的少女小玲(化名)有点无奈和气愤地对记者说。她的2S不小心从几十厘米高的桌子上掉到地上造成屏幕碎裂，她用手比了比放置小米电视的体验桌说：“还没有这张桌子高，下去就碎了，难道不是质量问题？”
小玲不知道的是，人为损坏屏幕并不在小米三包范围内，490元也是小米之家全国换屏统一价格。相比三星、iphone动辄上千元的换屏，490元的小米换屏价格已足够便宜。但是小玲并不这么看，她坚定认为自己被欺骗了。不过，最后小玲仍然只好换屏，将小米出具的维修单小心翼翼地放入手提包里：“也没有说取机时间，就说修好了给我电话。”
技术解读：
Tegra 4发热致命伤难解决

目前上市的小米3为TD版本，采用了Tegra4平台。据我了解，目前采用该平台的手机并不多，除了小米3移动版，只有中兴U988s以及即将推出的酷派大观4。
从平台来看，今年1月发布的Tegra 4固然有着强大的性能，但同时也有着一个致命伤，那就是发热。在高温环境下，基带的稳定性就会下降，从而导致一些兼容性问题发生。毕竟四颗主频1.8GHz的Cortex-A15核心的功耗以及发热都不是28nm制造工艺能够完美解决的。
而根据此前国外媒体，采用Cortex-A15架构的Tegra4由于高热量、高能耗和兼容性问题，英伟达不得不将Tegra4的上市时间推迟了一个季度。
今年5月，英伟达推出了SHIELD Tegra 4安卓掌机，SHIELD竟然采用了主动风扇散热的方式，并辅以巨大的散热片。当然，因为SHIELD就是拿来耍游戏的，所以一旦运行基本上都是全负载，发热量肯定非常头疼，用风扇也不过分。而手机相对来说，3D重度游戏时间不会太长，但发热还是一个问题。
小米的Tegra 4自带了NVIDIA做的4G基带，基带在温度高了后，稳定性会下降——芯片整合基带不是轻易就能做得出来的，以前NVIDIA都是芯片外加第三方的基带芯片，最近收了一家做基带的自己整合进来了，小米Tegra 4自带的4G基带就是产物。
当然话说回来，小米3号称第一款上市的Tegra4手机，没有参照物，自己搞，出现兼容与质量问题也很正常。这个问题，或许在小米3的联通版骁龙800中会得到解决。
