据了解，22岁的沈男上月底在一家评价很高的网店，买了上市不久的小米手机和配件，卖家先将商品快递到广东的集运公司，运到台湾后再由黑毛宅急便送到沈男家中，但他5日打开包裹竟发现里面装着4片碎磁砖。

由于商品从大陆出货中间经过四手，卖家表示“出假货就死全家！”不愿退款，广东和台湾的货运公司也喊冤没有掉包，沈男求偿无门，气得提告诈欺，该网站6日表示将介入处理。

警方表示，网购诈骗案频传，今年7月至10月已接获9件报案，买家付款后都没收到商品，这些商品多为演唱会门票、衣服等，总计被诈约26万元。
