备受关注移动转售业务有了新进展，目前电信和联通转售合作伙伴名单出炉。而中移动仍然处于保密状态。首批有17家企业通过了中国电信的审核，有14家企业通过了联通的审核，中国移动目前还未出审核结果。
内部人士透露，三大电信运营商对申请虚拟运营商的企业资格评审工作已全部结束，企业入围名单也已基本敲定，约有200多家企业报名。首批被运营商接纳的幸运儿只有数十家。
三大运营商最终将合作伙伴锁定为三类企业：一是苏宁、国美、迪信通这样的渠道商；二是互联网企业；三是信威通信、用友、金蝶等拥有行业资源的企业。
对于首批出炉的名单，并不是运营商说了算，还需要提交工信部审核。工信部将并对符合资格的企业颁发相关业务牌照。
据悉，虚拟运营商牌照都将在年内发放，2014年开始进行企业和运营商的业务对接工作，并最终于2014年年中开始正式运营。内部人士透露，“由于近期中国4G牌照铁定发放，三大电信运营商正在考虑重组，电信业的开放程度将超出外界想象。”
