义乌工商学院的副院长贾少华,是创业学院的创办人,被学生尊称为“创业教父”,说起当初制定学院规则时的“离经叛道”依然感慨。“1999年我参与筹建这所学校,学生都是高考失败者,没自信没目标,就为混张文凭。通过创业’拯救’学生的想法,源于对义乌小商品市场的调查,‘市场里那些没读过书的也能做老板,你们读过书的还比不过他们’?”


在最初组织学生摆摊失败后,2005年淘宝的兴起让贾少华找到了目标,“只要身份证就能开店,接到单子再发货,低门槛、低风险,太适合我们学生做了。”贾少华找了一些学生做试点,结果几个平时沉迷网络游戏的男生,在通过开淘宝店赚到数倍于父母给的零花钱后,都像变了个人,勤奋、自信起来。但学校里不断有老师反映开网店的学生每天忙于接单、进货、打单、发货,课堂纪律和教学秩序受到了挑战,还经常开始逃课去进货。这正是贾少华最希望看到的,“他们被称为学习上的侏儒,我要让他们做创业巨人。”


2008年,义乌工商学院成立创业园,在国际贸易系和工商管理系做试点;2009年,校方决定成立创业学院,彻底将创业与教学大纲脱离开来,贾少华称其为“一校两制”。义乌工商学院为创业班学生提供了一套独特的评价体系:上课时可以在下面接单发单;允许逃课,只要期末成绩合格;淘宝等级可以抵学分,一颗钻抵两个学分,店铺达到一定的级别,每年就可以替代最高12个学分。


现在,想要进入创业学院的门槛越来越高,义乌工商学院的新生只有在创办淘宝店之后,满足月收入不少于8000元或者信用等级四钻两个条件之一,才能成为创业学院的一员。在创业学院的带动下,创业精神在学校里蔚然成风,根据校方的统计,2012年学校2493名毕业生,获得浙江省教育厅颁发的“自主创业证”者达到308名,毕业生创业率为12.3%,排名全国各高校第一。


“富翁”与“负翁”并存


下午6点,迫近快递接单截止时间,这是雪峰楼最热闹的时候,楼道里塞满大箱子,或被小车推着或被几个男生连拉带拽,送到一楼的4个快递点。为了方便创业学院学生接送快递,学校批准让圆通、申通等四家快递公司在学校设点,专门为学生服务。记者仔细观察后发现,学生老板们的商品同质化现象非常严重,发货主要是拖鞋的就有近10家,几乎是相同的款式。此外打底裤、便携包等也很常见。


“大家都是从义乌商贸城进的货,义乌市场里卖什么,我们在淘宝、天猫也卖什么。”朱盈盈说。因为货源相同,要做得比其他人好,只能拼价格和多参加淘宝的活动制造噱头。记者观察后发现,这些学生老板的商品里,很少有单件超过50元的,尽管如此,因为网购市场巨大,只要勤奋肯动脑子,销量依然很可观。


朱盈盈拿给记者看一件她最得意的商品——一款迷你腰包,粗细像普通腰带,但系在腰间装载能力却很惊人,“放一个iphone手机肯定没问题。”这样一款对于城市路跑和夜骑者来说非常实用的商品,进货价格之低让记者大跌眼镜,“这个腰包,我拿来参加几个月前淘宝组织的9块9包邮活动,连续三天,每天卖掉一千多个。”“9块9包邮不折本吗?”记者问,朱盈盈笑嘻嘻答道,“每个还能赚近一块钱。”


聚沙成塔,朱盈盈就是这样一条打底裤、一个包,每个挣一块钱,不仅迅速累计了信用,而且每个月净赚超过2万元。她的生意经就是,“要会发现畅销货,善于参加活动推销自己。”最近她也遇到了生意上的难题,销量相比过去下滑,“大家都在同一个地方拿货,卖一样的东西,有些人贴钱也卖,同质化竞争太厉害。”她说自己未来的目标是自己开厂,打通线上销售和线下供应的渠道,“关键是要自己掌握定价权。”


既公平又残酷的创业游戏,有成功者必然也有失意人。小钱(应采访者要求化名)是朱盈盈的同班同学,她的淘宝店虽然起步顺风顺水,以高分进入创业学院,但随后几次决策失误,特别是盲目花钱做推广,让她由“富翁”变成“负翁”。


小钱的网店销售商品也以打底裤为主,但进入创业学院后她因为恋爱占用太多时间,原本每天去一次商贸城看货变成每周一次,销量持续下滑。无奈她开始花钱在淘宝上做直通车推广。只要烧钱就能排到前面。小钱说她曾经做过直通车,买家不管买不买,只要,小钱就要给淘宝网交7块钱。连续做了一个月推广,2千多元的费用花进去,没有一个成交单。这对本来就捉襟见肘的小钱来说显然行不通。无奈之下,她停掉了网店的直通车。因为没钱雇人,小钱从进货、包装、到发货、售后一个人包办两个网店的所有工作,她说,最委屈的是有一次网店做活动,一个人实在忙不过来,她两天只睡了4个小时,到头来还是收到差评。“有一天我一连接到5个差评,当时眼泪就忍不住留下来。”


去年6月,创业学院第一批大三毕业生交出答卷,115名毕业生皇冠以上店铺20余个,注册公司10家,注册淘宝商城8个,阿里巴巴诚信通店铺12个,注册商标十余件,专利五项,人均月收入超过1万元,带动就业200余人。“有一些学生成为百万富翁后学会保护隐私,也有一些学生做得很艰难,经商确实需要情商和天赋。”创业学院王老师说。


忙得连学坏的时间都没有


电商的迅猛发展,带给创业学院部分学生老板同龄人望尘莫及的财富,在记者的采访过程中,他们中的一些人甚至不知道淘宝网的创始人是谁。


忙碌,是这些学生的共同点,有人说“忙得连看中国好声音的时间都没有”,还有人打趣说“忙得连学坏的时间都没有”。


记者遇到部分学生家长,他们讲不清楚电商是什么,自己也从来没有在网上买过东西,“总觉得电脑上的商品看不见摸不着,不靠谱。”创业学院带给他们最大的欣喜是看到自己的孩子远离了网吧,远离赌博,能够自食其力。


王鹏刚入校时读的是建筑专业,“我电话里告诉父母,自己转学到创业学院开网店时,被劈头盖脸骂了一通,他们说我不务正业。结果第二个月开始,我就不问他们要生活费了,之后学费也是我自己交的,直到去年,我用自己的钱买了车,开回家后,父母在邻居们的赞叹声中才第一次承认,我做的选择是正确的。”


一个值得一提的现象是,创业学院中的优秀学员,大多都在网店经营中,萌生了要主动学习的想法:“我现在特别想学企业管理,网店规模越来越大,手下的员工越来越多,特别想知道那些优秀的企业家是如何管理几千几万个人的。”王鹏说。记者采访中了解到,2012年第一批创业学院毕业生中,目前主动选择继续学习的人不在少数,“今年浙大的EMBA班中,就有四五名我们这里的毕业生。”贾少华告诉记者。无论是王鹏还是朱盈盈,这些学生富翁的穿着打扮却都非常朴素,“高中的时候我也喜欢穿名牌,买过一件大衣就花了近千元,现在自己做网店,知道这些商品的真正价值后,就再也不追求名牌了。”朱盈盈说。


王鹏告诉记者,做淘宝和天猫带给他最宝贵的不是金钱而是自信,“过去在老家我很普通,也不怎么说话,因为身边很多人学习都比我好。现在我不去说自己挣了多少钱,真正让我感觉愉快的是我能带给别人财富,我能给低年级的同学发工资,让父母为我自豪。这些感受都不是光挣钱能体会到的。”


争议


“短视”和“功利”是反对者提到最多的


创业学院2009年成立4年来,针对它的争议声就从来没有停止过,“短视”和“功利”是反对者提起最多的两个词。他们认为,在淘宝上开店铺是不断地重复劳动,耽误了本该在学校系统学习知识的宝贵时间。对此,贾少华说一个模式不可能解决所有的问题,但自己学校的试验现在至少提供了一种可能。


该培养企业家还是小贩


义乌当地知名企业家楼仲平等人认为,这种通过开淘宝店来完成创业实践的模式并不可持续,如果今后商业结构和网店规则发生质变,这些过早走上创业路的孩子很难再摆正心态回到就业的轨道。还有人说创业学院应该培养具有领先意识的企业家,而非小富即安的网络小贩。对此,贾少华并不担心:“我们本来就只是一个高职院校,目的只是在于学生走出校园后能够养活自己,而现在他们非但能养活自己,还能给别人制造就业机会,这难道不是更好吗?”


创业学院离开义乌还行不行


背靠中国最大的小商品批发市场,被很多人认为是创业学院模式得以生存的先决条件,进而认为这种模式没有在义乌以外地区推广的土壤,“这些学生网店其实大多没有技术含量,就是利用差价跑量。没有了义乌市场的货源,就难以为继。”这些年来,贾少华一直努力试图打破这种定论,全国其他职业教育同行,也希望能将义乌工商学院的经验带回去复制。2011年,广东潮汕职业技术学院在考察完创业学院后,尝试复制并且取得了成功,实验半年之后,诞生了超过50名月入过万的学生电商老板。贾少华说:“事实会证明,即使没有像义乌这样背靠庞大的实体市场,这种模式也会成功。”


除了低价拖鞋、打底裤还能卖啥


王鹏和朱盈盈的成功,最大的共同点是在义乌批发市场之外,找到了再上一级的供应商,拿到了比市场更优惠的价格,而王鹏瞄准帆布腰带这个相对冷门的细分市场,做全做深。尽管如此,两者依然都没有摆脱低价跑量的固有模式。王鹏说,他未来想转型做快速消费品,“比如食品,吃完了就必须买新的,不像一条腰带可以戴好多年。”尽管尚未实施,但这证明这些学生老板并非小富即安,而是始终在思考自己未来的电商之路。


师傅拿什么来教百万富翁徒弟


创业学院目前的6名导师中,除了贾少华是教授,还有两名副教授和两名硕士。尽管师资力量不断强化,但因为电商领域知识更新太快,去年适用的教材到了今年可能就过时了。


记者采访中也发现,确实存在教师讲的与学生需要的不符的情况,“比如说讲仓储,老师讲的内容是100个仓库应该怎么管理,但是我只有两个仓库,听你讲的这些根本没用。”王鹏说。6名导师中,只有一人拥有自己的淘宝店,卖土特产,而此人恰恰成为学生最愿意讨教的对象。“接下来我们要重点抓师资力量,要把一号店这些人请到我们这里来讲课,也要安排我们的教师去一线电商那里去实习。”贾少华说。


观点


应认可并鼓励办学理念的差异化


21世纪教育研究院副院长熊丙奇认为,对于“淘宝大学”,我们首先应当认可“淘宝大学”确实向社会输送了许多的成功创业者。但另一方面,“淘宝大学”目前面临的最主要的问题,就是培养人才模式的“粗糙”和低层次。当务之急应当是完善其教育模式,开展整体人才培养过程。校方可以通过要求学生阅读相关书籍,上交心得体会的方式,填补学生在课业水平上的不足。校方应当注重提升学生的素养,而非培养出一批只会用最原始的经营方式创造收入,不求创新的网络商贩。


“淘宝大学”自办学起,外界争议就从未消停。批评者说,“淘宝大学”功力浅且短视,称赞者却认为他们解决了就业问题,对于这点,熊丙奇认为,我们应当认可并且鼓励办学理念的差异化。现今国内的办学模式单一,致使许多高校无法探索甚至不敢尝试适应其自身的办学模式。所以最核心的问题在于改良国家教育管理制度,提倡大学自主选择办学模式。


熊丙奇提到,在芬兰有一所韦斯屈莱大学(JAMK University),在芬兰应用型大学排名第一。学校里有一个学院,为鼓励学生创业,完全让学生在大学四年求学过程中参与到公司创业之中。学院要求学生组成20人的公司,成立董事会,定期召开各种会议,教练在一边观察;学生在四年求学期间,每学年读老师布置的20本书,并结合自己的创业实践写读书心得,由老师评分;学生在四年期间,至少要从事15个左右项目的创业活动,自己寻找项目、进行经营管理,从中挣钱。


“淘宝”大学可以参考这样的办学理念,培养更全面的复合型人才。现如今,本科生、硕士生遭遇最难就业季,相反,一些明星职校的学生却成了香饽饽,例如蓝翔技校、新东方厨师学校、义务淘宝大学等等。就此,熊丙奇认为,如今就业市场对于职校毕业生的需求大,并不意味着这些学校培养能力更高。出现这类现象的根本原因,在于产业结构发展与高校教育的脱节。目前国内的服务业只占到总GDP45%左右,而第一、第二产业的人才需求量更大,这些行业对于中职生的需求远超过本科生、硕士生,相反,服务业正是高校毕业生的主要就业方向。这就导致了就业市场上本科生、硕士生的需求不足。所以,解决目前提高高校毕业生就业难的根本办法,在于推动经济转型,提升服务业比重。


熊丙奇认为,中国职业学校与高等学府之间,不应当存在错位的情况,相反,他们应各司其职,探索出各自适用的办学模式,以实现互补。职业学院应当在现有低层次的办学模式下,提升办学水平,提升学生的人文素养。而对于高校,在现如今这个就业难的大环境下,除了帮助学生确立就业方向外,还应当鼓励学生积极创业,培养出复合型的人才。(记者程绩)
