谁泄露了我们的互联网信息？

当信息时代这个词进入我们的生活的同时，带来的不仅仅是世界互联，地球村的概念。互联网，一个划时代的产物，带来了国际互联，人与人的互联，甚至人与物，物与物的互联。这些互联都有一个共同点，所有的互联都离不开信息和数据的传输。

众所周知，我国是世界上人口最多的国家，随着科学技术以及教育水平的不断提高，我国网民数量也开始攀升。

据CNNIC（中国互联网络信息中心）的数据显示，截至今年年初，中国网民规模已经达到5.64亿，全年新增网民数量共计5090万。在我国，目前互联网的普及率已经达到42.1%，较2012年年初提升了3.8%。这仅仅是PC端数据统计，移动终端互联网用户也在快速增加。根据CNNIC调查报告，2012年我国手机网民数量为4.2亿，年增长率已经达到18.1%，远远超过了网民整体增长幅度。此外，网民中使用手机上网的比例也继续提升，由69.3%上升至74.5%，其第一大上网终端的地位更加稳固。

2013年6月份，最新的调查数据表明，以上数据在几个月时间内已经又一次发生了很大的变化。我国网民规模达到5.91亿，互联网普及率为44.1%。

以上数据表明，中国互联网用户正在飞速增加。随着4G网络的来临，互联网发展将更为快速。科技是一把双刃剑，互联网在给人们的生活带来便利的同时也带来了很多安全隐患，尤其是个人数据信息的泄漏造成的影响十分广泛。

今年6月份，美国前中情局（CIA）职员爱德华·斯诺登将两份绝密资料交给英国《卫报》和美国《华盛顿邮报》曝光了美国的棱镜项目。该项目曝光后，世界各国掀起来信息安全问题的热议狂潮。事件尚未平息，10月份媒体爆出德国总理默克尔遭美监听，导致欧美盟友爆发“信任”危机，随后英国等国也陷入监听门事件，导致监听丑闻一度持续发酵。

本身互联网在飞速发展，加之各类不安全因素的附加，导致个人信息保护日益引起广大网民的重视。我们的个人信息是否安全，我们自己甚至毫无察觉，我们的个人信息保护意识还很薄弱。

近年来，个人信息遭泄漏事件频发，一方面是我们的互联网信息相关类法律并不完善，在某些领域甚至可以说是空白，这就给不法分子有机可乘。另一方面，很多网民并不注意自我信息保护，很容易导致个人信息丢失和泄漏。半月谈网和半月谈社情民意调查中心近日联合推出《公民如何保护个人信息权》调查，调查结果显示：48%的网民表示，在生活中一直很担心个人信息被泄露；51%的网民表示，最担心银行、保险公司、商场等商业机构发生个人信息泄露事故；30%的网民表示，曾经遭遇多次个人信息被泄露的情况。

我们来看几个典型的个人信息遭泄漏的事例：

事件1——2011年12月22日，著名的国内开发者社区CSDN遭到黑客攻击，其数据库中超过600万用户资料遭到泄露。事后通过验证确认有其他网站用户数据库信息也被泄露。随后黑客又相继爆出人人网、178、多玩、百合网、51CTO、天涯论坛等用户资料。甚至有网友爆料，交通银行与民生银行也中箭，大量储户卡号、密码泄露，不过银行方面对此事未作回应，消息可信度有待调查。

事件2——1号店员工泄露用户信息事件，90万用户信息500元叫卖，严重损害了用户个人权益，大量用户信息被低价兜售，给广大用户带来了不可否认的隐私损害。

事件3——就在日前，新华网报道，南宁警方抓获“内鬼”，其窃取50多万条个人信息，几乎涵盖北部湾地区。违法者利用在一家区内大型连锁品牌商场当电脑维护员之便，利用未注册的网络公司在网上拉业务，其实做的是兜售个人信息的勾当，以每条0.1元的价格兜售从商场系统内窃取到的个人信息。

个人信息泄漏事件一再发生，说明我国目前的互联网个人信息保护相关法律的确需加强和完善，也体现了我国互联网行业个人信息保护刻不容缓的现状。

个人信息，这是我们的个人隐私，自然是不愿意被盗取甚至曝光的。互联网行业个人信息保护现状并不理想，广大互联网用户除了期待法律的完善来约束不法分子，我们自身也需要有强烈的自我信息保护意识。比如，论坛注册不轻易登记身份证信息，不在多处使用同一个密码，不轻易相信垃圾短信垃圾邮件等。
