  本报讯 (记者 赵剑影)“86%的海归能在6个月内找到工作。结合海归在国外所学的专业以及国内就业热门专业来看,海归所学专业主要以金融、经济、管理、工程学等为主,而这些专业在国内是比较热门的专业,用人需求量大,就业难度较低。”这是由中国与全球化研究中心、社科学文献出版社与国内著名人力资源机构智联招聘联合编辑出版的《中国海归发展报告(2013)》国际人才蓝皮书(以下简称蓝皮书)显示的相关调查结果。


  该蓝皮书显示,86%的海归能在6个月内找到工作。不同年龄的海归,由于出国和回国时代背景不同、思想观念存在差异等,回国的原因也不尽相同。上世纪80年代、90年代出生的年轻海归,大多数为独生子女,没有兄弟姐妹,留学生和家庭之间相互依赖程度都比较高,家庭生活是其最主要的回国原因。


  智联招聘首席人力资源专家郝建对记者说:“尽管多数海归因为家庭原因回国,但他们自身的优势还是不可忽略,尤其在近两年国际国内经济形势变化的情况下,中国稳定增长的经济形势给海外留学生提供了很多发展平台和发展机会。”


  对于留学的认识,回国就业的海归中有半数以上认为留学是划算的。海归创造力、跨学科交流和创新思维的培养方面获得的收益更多,80%以上的海归认为自身的学识水平高于同行人士。但是,海归的含金量也在缩水,调查显示,77.5%的海归都表示实际薪资比理想薪资低,仅1.8%的海归表示实际薪资高于自己的期望值。


  蓝皮书调查也发现海归收回留学成本时间较长。48.8%的就业型海归需要花5年或者更长时间收回留学成本,11.1%的海归认为需要花费4年时间收回留学成本,只有11.1%的海归认为1年即可收回成本。对此,智联招聘人力资源专家建议海归:作为职场新人,选择一个好的发展平台和职业规划要远比一份高收入的OFFER重要的多。尽管多数海归需要5年收回成本,但在正确的职业规划下,5年后的职业前景将会相当可观。


  蓝皮书指出,海归回国就业地区覆盖了15个省市,主要集中在北京、上海、广东、江苏、浙江、山东等发达省市。金融及相关服务业成为海归就业最多的行业,有48.5%的海归进入金融及相关服务业工作。


  从就业的企业性质来说,外资企业是海归回国就业的首选,超过1/4的海归选择进入外企就业。
