Beijing October household income per capita grew up 9.9%

　　据城镇住户抽样调查数据显示，1至10月，北京市城镇居民人均家庭总收入中，人均可支配收入33208元，同比增长10.2%。人均家庭总收入中，人均工资性收入24902元，同比增长8.1%；人均财产性收入455元，同比增长6.1%。

　　早在10月，从各省市发布的前三季度城镇居民可支配收入看，前三季度收入中，上海最高，北京排名第二。同时，上海、北京、浙江、广东、江苏、天津、福建、山东这8个地区的城镇居民人均可支配收入超过了全国水平。但从增幅来看，北京并不算很高，在前三季度，天津收入增幅达到10.6%，辽宁达到10%。

　　从北京本身的数据看，今年以来，北京城镇居民人均可支配收入增速一直在上升，从一季度的增幅7.9%，随后逐步上升到上月的10.2%。对于居民收入增幅一直攀升，市统计局有关负责人表示，这得益于北京经济形势逐步向好，企业效益、利润等均不错，而后居民收入增幅慢慢提高。

　　市统计局昨日还发布了商品房销售情况的数据。1至10月，全市商品房销售面积为1454.9万平方米，比上年同期增长10.8%。其中，住宅销售面积为1045.5万平方米，增长3.2%。
