　　质疑 为何不在现场盘问核查

　　载着冯言法的警车离开酒店，前往兴学街派出所继续盘问。冯言法的兄长冯贻德质疑称，冯言法身份证就在酒店，为何不在现场盘问核查？

　　调查组称，9日晚9时56分许，冯言法进入派出所，被安排在一楼值班室对面的接待室，坐等核实身份。当晚10时8分许，龚先成通过公安网对冯言法身份核实完毕。他要放走冯言法时，发现他闭着双眼，躺坐在沙发上，喉咙里发出打呼噜的声音。龚先成以为冯言法睡着了，想叫醒冯言法，但是冯言法没有反应。约7分钟后，龚先成在派出所二楼把情况告诉值夜班副所长刘长宝(音)。刘长宝称，如身份没问题，赶紧放人。龚再次下楼想叫醒冯言法，但冯没有反应。当晚10时38分许，刘长宝进入接待室想叫醒冯，但没有反应。事后医生证实，此时冯言法已处于昏迷状态。

　　邵红军称，晚10时39分许，他见冯言法外出未归，打电话给冯言法。邵红军称，他抵达派出所后，发现冯言法打呼声很大，躺在沙发上，嘴里有沫子，腿出现颤抖，对喊声没有回应。当晚10时56分许，刘长宝打电话寻求急救。张店区人民医院当值医生称，医护人员抵达派出所时，冯言法已昏迷。50分钟的抢救并未能挽救冯言法，当晚12时许，医院宣布冯言法死亡。

　　争论 死者右耳后出现撕裂

　　尸检结果认为，冯言法符合高血压脑血管病变致脑干出血猝死。在冯言法的心血中并未检测出乙醇成分。法医邹志虹、金晓平都认为，情绪紧张、激动、劳累、剧烈体力活动可引起血压升高，进而诱发脑干出血。至于冯言法在接待室的遭遇，警方称接待室内没有监控而并未被记录，引起家属对冯言法遭遇刑讯的猜想。争论更大的是，冯言法右耳后出现撕裂创，尸检报告中称，“非致命伤”、“死亡前后短时间内均可形成”。

　　冯言法的亲属认为将冯言法带至派出所、参与继续盘问的人员涉嫌渎职罪，要求检察院追责。调查组认为，“他们只属于巡逻队员，不是公安人员、人民警察，反渎职够不上”。

　　参与事后处理的淄博市信访局齐姓局长称，兴学街派出所副所长刘长宝已经受到处理，政府方面根据规定可以给予死者家属六七十万的补偿，“但他们直接说赔600万，没法谈”。冯贻德和冯卫斌则称，事件调查结果无法令人信服，涉嫌犯罪人员未被追责，这说明政府根本没有处理事件的诚意，“怎么谈？没法谈！”。
