羊城晚报讯 记者黄宙辉、李晓莉，通讯员黎海琳报道：记者12日从广东省政府官网了解到，广东正式全面推广使用粤Ⅳ、国Ⅳ车用燃油。其中，从今年12月1日起全部销售粤Ⅳ车用汽油；从明年1月1日起全部销售国Ⅳ车用柴油。按目前价格，使用粤Ⅳ车用汽油比粤Ⅲ车用汽油每升要贵0.05元，不过届时油品的价格要以物价部门正式公布为准。
为减少机动车排气污染，改善全省环境空气质量，广东省政府决定在全省范围内推广使用粤Ⅳ车用汽油、国Ⅳ车用柴油。其中，在广州、深圳、东莞、佛山、珠海、中山等6市已全面供应粤Ⅳ车用汽油的基础上，汕头、韶关、河源、梅州、惠州、汕尾、江门、阳江、湛江、茂名、肇庆、清远、潮州、揭阳、云浮等15市行政区域内所有加油站，从今年12月1日起全部销售粤Ⅳ车用汽油。全省范围内的加油站从明年1月1日起全部销售国Ⅳ车用柴油。
记者还了解到，从10月开始，中石化广东分公司已经开始逐步置换粤Ⅳ汽油，目前上述15个地市的大部分中石化加油站实际销售的已经是符合标准的粤Ⅳ汽油。
据了解，广东省其实从2010年开始试点推行粤Ⅳ汽油价格政策，目前广州、深圳、东莞、佛山、中山和珠海6市已经全面供应粤Ⅳ汽油。
经国家发改委批准，广州等6市的汽油质量从第二阶段升级至第四阶段时累计每吨加价430元。至于柴油价格以及广东其他15个地级市的汽油价格，也将按照广东省成品油质量升级进程和国家新的加价标准进行调整。其中15个市的汽油价格质量标准从第三阶段升级至第四阶段每吨只需加价60元。
从环保的角度看，按照现行油品标准，车用汽油从国Ⅲ升级到粤Ⅳ，硫含量将从不大于150ppm下降为不大于50ppm。按照中石化广东石油分公司车用汽油年销量600万吨计算，全年可减少硫排放600吨，按365天折算，每天可减少硫排放1.64吨。
油品升级后，车主最担心会不会增加费用的负担？记者查阅目前广东的油品价格，以93号汽油为例，粤Ⅲ标准为7.64元/升，粤Ⅳ标准为7.69元/升，每升贵了0.05元，以私家车主一个月用油50升左右计算，一个月下来大概要多花2.5元。编辑： 邬嘉宏
