　　央广网保定11月13日消息(记者孟晓光)据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，为有效应对大气污染严峻形势，严格控制15日供暖后空气污染指数上升，河北保定市政府决定，自11月15日开始，市区内实施车辆单双号限行措施。

　　根据前三季度国家环保部发布的全国空气质量情况，全国74个重点监测城市中，河北一些城市在空气质量最差的前10名城市中一直占据多数，空气指数不容乐观。早在今年11月初，像邯郸、邢台都已经试行重污染天气下的单双号限行措施，保定制定关闭了小矿、机动车单双号限行这些防治大气污染的措施。

　　根据保定市相关部门透露，在11月15号，保定进入冬季供暖期主要还是靠烧煤，机动车单双号限行也是为了抵消烧煤带来的空气污染指数上升的压力，而车辆限行区域是保定二环区以内，二环以内分为单号是1、3、5、7、9，双号0、2、4、6、8，单日单号车通行，双日的时候是双号车通行，如2013年的11月15号为例，日期15是单号，限制车牌号就是0、2、4、6、8双号车辆通行，依此类推。
