　　合肥市检察院检察技术处的处长洪军告诉北京青年报记者，测谎仪协助侦破的几起案件效果明显。据他透露，目前全国范围内已有2000余起利用测谎仪侦破的案件，使用成功率达到98%。

　　遇到难题求助测谎仪

　　洪处长告诉北青报记者，很多人都质疑测谎仪灵不灵，起初也包括他自己。单位里有同事不信，洪处长找来单位新来的华东政法大学的实习生做代表参加现场测谎体验，结果准确得让现场观看的人一片哗然。测谎仪效果令人信服后，他报告了检察长，召开干部论证会，“30多万的测谎仪，又多买了两台，现在有四台了”。

　　仪器由中国科学院信息工程中心研制，是纯国产的。以前用美国制造，后来美方实行禁运。1989年的时候，中科院研制出了自己的测谎仪，投入使用后效果很好。洪处长笑称：“现在检察机关个别案件侦破不了时，就想起我们来了，你(记者)要是不信，我带你来做个试验，保证你心服口服。”

　　洪处长介绍，结合测谎仪的震慑力，肥东检察院法院配合预防处开展相关的普法宣传。“我们想传达一个信号，想犯罪的手莫伸，伸手必被抓。”
