　　据介绍，12日早上，蓝田三里镇五里头村村民闫氏父子和一名亲属在三里镇青羊庄帮人清洗水井时，由于井下缺氧，该名亲属作业时出现窒息，闫氏父子拨打了120急救电话等待救援。但在120急救车赶到后，父子三人嫌急救车来得太迟而耽误了救治，将急救医生们打伤。他们的这位亲属在被120急救车送到蓝田县医院后，抢救无效死亡。

　　在得知亲属死亡的消息后，闫氏父子又用车挡住医院大门，要求医院给个说法。医院保卫科劝说无效后报警，蓝田县公安局城关派出所民警赵强等4人迅速赶到现场。当时，医院车辆进出已瘫痪，围观群众也比较多，闫氏父子不仅不听从民警的劝阻，两个儿子还挥拳打伤其中3名民警。最后，在七八名民警赶来支援后，才将闫氏父子3人控制住，并带回城关派出所。

　　据了解，这3名遭遇暴力抗法的民警伤势不算严重。因涉嫌妨碍公务罪，警方决定对闫氏父子3人中的父亲取保候审，两个儿子被依法处以刑事拘留。
