　　据海南、广西、广东3省区民政厅报告，“海燕”台风造成3省区393.3万人受灾，8人死亡，5人失踪，25.2万人紧急转移安置(其中海南省紧急转移安置18.4万人)，1400余间房屋倒塌，8600余间不同程度损坏，农作物受灾面积484.5千公顷，其中绝收面积43.2千公顷，直接经济损失44.9亿元。

　　据悉，台风灾害发生后，海南省减灾委、民政厅紧急启动三级救灾应急响应，派出3个工作组分赴灾区核查灾情。三亚市下拨救灾应急资金1.043亿元，琼海、儋州等市县民政部门累计发放价值超过300万元的救灾物资。目前，灾区各项救灾工作正有序开展。
