　　安徽省还将建立完善土地交易平台，依托国有建设用地交易市场，建立统一的城乡土地交易市场，为土地交易提供场所、发布信息、组织交易等服务。农村集体建设用地、宅基地、林地使用权、森林和林木所有权、土地承包经营权、建设用地指标、耕地占补平衡指标的转让、出租、入股、抵押等，逐步纳入城乡统一的土地交易市场。

　　安徽省国土资源厅相关负责人表示，此次涉及土地市场建设意见的出台，将促进农民宅基地等实现由资源属性向财产属性的转变，从而可以进行转让、出租抵押，既能缓解农民生产融资难、活跃农村经济，也将对打破城乡二元结构产生深远意义。
