据了解，黑龙江望奎县属于该省省级贫困县。10月28日，该县公安局拖欠他人钱财18年未偿还一事被披露：该县公安局1993年成立下属公司，该公司于1994年向徐晓兰等5人借款20万元，该公司于1997年解体后借款始终未偿还。2009年，绥化市中级人民法院也向望奎县公安局下达了支付令，但该公安局直至此事件被披露前一直没有履行。此后，望奎县公安局采购家具违规、发票信息被查出造假等问题陆续浮出“水面”并持续发酵，引起社会广泛关注。

会上，望奎县联合调查组新闻发言人韩雪峰通报了调查组的最新调查情况：目前望奎县公安局已与债权人达成和解，决定一次性给付徐晓兰等5人法院《支付令》要求给付的613502.50元人民币，并分四年支付延迟利息款94万元人民币。同时，调查组称望奎县公安局在采购家具过程中，确未按政府采购程序填报“计划申请表”，未实行政府集中采购，下一步将对有关负责人追责。
此外，之前备受关注的“望奎县公安局提供的金额为700100元人民币的采购家具发票被国税部门鉴定为假票”一事，调查组回复称系家具销售方开具，望奎县公安局并不知情，同时也声称采购资金数量并未造假；但调查组在通告此观点时未能提供“公安局不知情”和“资金数未造假”的相关证据。(完)
