房价泡沫问题，也是一个老生常谈的话题，舆论对于它的论战，也是此起彼伏一直未曾停歇。居庙堂之高则忧其民。三中全会是新一轮全面改革的起点，将为未来5-10年的中国经济改革标明方向。房价是关系到民生的大问题，著名经济学家樊纲先生早就断言：“按照现在的收入，房价涨得过高过快就会出现泡沫，而泡沫早晚是要破掉的。连美国这样发达的市场经济国家有了泡沫都早晚会破，我们一定不要相信那些叫嚣中国的泡沫永远不会破的胡话。”必须承认我国楼市泡沫不但存在而且是严重的，绝不能再掩耳盗铃了，必须通过宏观调控政策，及时调控，早点调控。泡沫越早破灭越好，因为泡沫的出现扭曲了市场价格体系，会导致资源的无效配置，泡沫持续的时间越长，资源误配的效率损失越大，泡沫破灭越早，对整体经济的冲击就越小。这不仅是为了广大百姓能够买得起房、住得起房的问题，而且是关系到金融安全以及大量中小企业能否持续发展的问题。
