　　对此，范丽青表示，大陆方面支持台湾发展人民币的离岸市场。目前两岸有关方面也正在就建立货币互换安排开展相关研究。两岸货币清算机制从今年2月实施后运作良好。在两岸货物贸易协议中，大陆允许台资的金融机构以人民币合格境外机构投资者方式投资大陆资本市场，为台湾人民币资金回流大陆开辟了渠道。
