　　他说，此行曾找台“退辅会”要求将祖父陈克球入忠烈祠，但遭到拒绝，才到马英九办公室前抗议。不过，“退辅会”昨晚表示，经查证，陈男未曾到“退辅会”陈情，也不知陈克球是何人。

　　据报道，陈绍军口中的祖父陈克球，少将退役，历任湘军第2师排、连长、国民革命军第六军第18师独立团团长，还曾任陆军官校广州分校军官总队长，抗战期间任军事参议院咨议，抗战胜利后曾任第九军官总队少将高级教官。

　　警方查出，43岁的陈绍军来自大陆湖南省益阳市，是电缆公司经理，本月5日和30多名的大陆观光团赴台旅游，行程包括日月潭、阿里山和花莲等地景点，原订昨天下午3时随团离境。

　　不料，旅游团昨天上午完成在台北市的最后行程，陈绍军趁着吃午餐的空档，只身脱团不知去向，旅行社随即向台“观光局”和“移民署”通报协寻，但始终无法与他取得联系。

　　下午3时40分，陈拿着4张亲手写的陈情书，出现在马英九办公室前凯达格兰大道旁，随即拿出1把刚买的小型菜刀，一个箭步冲进凯道，高呼“我有诉求、让我死”、“政府无能”，并用刀往自己的天灵盖划割1刀，当场鲜血直流。

　　在附近的警察立即冲上前夺刀制止，并通报救护人员将他送往台大医治，所幸仅是皮肉伤，缝治7针后已无碍。(中国台湾网 王文英)
