Wang Yang in the plenary meeting of the national leading group for combating infringement fake stressed:

Xinhuanet, Beijing, November 13-Vice Premier Wang presided over a national fight against violations of intellectual property rights in Beijing on 13th and the third plenary session of the leading group for making and selling fake and shoddy goods. He stressed that 18 to deepen reform of the third plenary session of the party made a major deployment to combat fake work points the way for infringement, also put forward new and higher requirements. All localities and departments to thoroughly implement the spirit of the plenary, insist on building integration, address both the symptoms and continued to lead efforts to combat infringing counterfeit, safeguard enterprise and vital interests of the masses.
Yang pointed out that so far this year, made significant progress on efforts to combat infringing counterfeit. Infringing fake criminal cases were investigated in the country more than 230,000 pieces and to apprehend suspects 35,000 people, examination and prosecution 13,000; 93% city and 80% County Government has completed the software legalization. But counterfeits sold fake parts and areas are still outstanding against infringement of fake work must not be relaxed.
Yang stressed that only for over a month now and the end of time, against infringement of fake work to really good job to ensure complete tasks for the year. We should focus on five: one is the fake annual performance assessment against infringement, arouse the enthusiasm of various aspects, promote social governance structure. B is to continue advancing software legalization, city and county governments to be fully completed by the end of the correction tasks. Third, strengthening the connection between law enforcement and judicial, vigorous enforcement actions against counterfeiting suspected criminal infringement, non-penalized as such. Four is to promote information disclosure of administrative punishment cases, tort counterfeiting to hide. Five fake propaganda is to intensify the fight against infringement, enhanced awareness of the whole society, showing the Chinese Government's determination in protecting intellectual property rights, efforts and results.
汪洋在全国打击侵权假冒工作领导小组全体会议上强调：
以十八届三中全会精神为指导 将打击侵权假冒工作引向深入
新华网北京11月13日电 国务院副总理汪洋13日在京主持召开全国打击侵犯知识产权和制售假冒伪劣商品工作领导小组第三次全体会议。他强调，党的十八届三中全会对全面深化改革作出了重大部署，为打击侵权假冒工作指明了方向，也提出了新的更高要求。各地区、各部门要深入贯彻落实全会精神，坚持打建结合、标本兼治，不断将打击侵权假冒工作引向深入，维护好广大企业和人民群众的切身利益。
汪洋指出，今年以来，打击侵权假冒工作取得重要进展。全国共查办侵权假冒违法犯罪案件23万多件，抓捕犯罪嫌疑人3.5万人，审查起诉1.3万人；93%的市级政府和80%的县级政府已完成软件正版化。但部分地区和领域制假售假行为依然突出，打击侵权假冒工作决不能放松。
汪洋强调，现在到年底只有一个多月时间，打击侵权假冒工作要切实抓紧抓好，确保如期完成全年各项任务。要重点做好五项工作：一是开展打击侵权假冒年度绩效考核，调动各方面的积极性，推动形成社会共治格局。二是继续推进软件正版化，市、县级政府年底前要全面完成整改任务。三是加强执法与司法衔接，严厉打击涉嫌犯罪的侵权假冒行为，严禁以罚代刑。四是推进行政处罚案件信息公开，让各种侵权假冒行为无处藏身。五是加强打击侵权假冒工作宣传，增强全社会知识产权意识，展现中国政府保护知识产权的决心、努力和成效。
