13日17时许，一辆小轿车行经宜昌市云集路解放路路口时，高清电警布控系统报警，发现警情后，值班室立即将布控车辆车号、行驶路线通报路面执勤民警，接到通报后，民警廖智明将该车拦下，检查中发现驾驶员杨某无法出示机动车行驶证，且该车检验有效期为2012年3月31日，车辆未按规定参加机动车检验，遂依法将该车扣留。
后经公安网查询，发现该车未处理交通违法高达142条，累计计分522分，检验有效期截止2012年3月31日，其中从应参加机动车检验的2012年3月至今就又有新增未处理交通违法58条。在142条的示未处理交通违法行为中，所占比例最大的是超速行驶，占到全部未处理交通违法行为的近9成，超速达到限定最高时速的50%以上的，就有10条之多。
目前该车已被依法扣留，警方正督促驾驶员对车辆交通违法行为进行“清零”。(完)
