Between Yunnan and Japan Iwate signed a friendly cooperative agreement

Yesterday, the Yunnan Provincial Government and Japan signed in Kunming in Iwate Prefecture in the People's Republic of China Yunnan and Japan, Iwate Prefecture established friendly relations of Exchange and cooperation agreement.

Provincial Committee, Deputy Governor Li and Iwate Prefecture Governor dazengtuo signed the agreement on behalf of the two provinces and counties and had a friendly meeting, Shen Peiping, Vice Governor in attendance.

During the meeting, Li said that Yunnan is a major agricultural province, has many similarities with Iwate Prefecture, 5 years ago, the two sides conduct exchanges with Pu-Erh tea and southern iron pot for media, for today the establishment of friendly relations and exchanges and cooperation has laid a good foundation. Believe that the signing of the agreement will be further expanded in agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, economy and trade, culture, science and technology, education and other areas of practical cooperation, to the benefit of both provincial and district people, and conducive to promoting the development of bilateral relations, the friendship between the two peoples.

Dazengtuo also said that hopes the two sides based on the signing of the agreement as an opportunity to increase exchanges, enhance understanding, working together, will be able to achieve fruitful results of cooperation in more areas.

Under the agreement, the two sides will consolidate and develop the friendly relations between the two provinces and counties actively enhance co-operation in areas such as economy and trade, tourism, food industry in various forms of friendly exchanges and cooperation and achieve common prosperity and development.

　　昨日，云南省政府与日本岩手县在昆明签署《中华人民共和国云南省与日本国岩手县建立友好交流合作关系协议书》。

　　省委常委、常务副省长李江与岩手县知事达增拓也代表两省县在《协议书》上签字并进行了友好会见，副省长沈培平出席。

　　李江在会见时说，云南是一个农业大省，与岩手县有不少相似之处，5年前双方以普洱茶和南部铁壶为媒介开展交流，为今天友好交流合作关系的建立奠定了良好基础。相信《协议书》的签署将进一步扩大双方在农业、林业、环保、经贸、文化、科技、教育等领域的务实合作，造福于两省县人民，有利于推动两国关系的发展，增进两国人民的友谊。

　　达增拓也说，希望双方以《协议书》的签订为契机，加强往来，增进了解，共同努力，一定能够在更多领域取得丰硕的合作成果。

　　根据《协议书》，双方将巩固并发展两省县的友好关系，积极促进双方在经贸、旅游、食品产业等领域开展形式多样的友好交流合作，实现共同繁荣发展。
