　　中华妇女党主席涂明慧致词时表示，两岸不该再兄弟阋墙，应加强社会、经济等交流，并在“九二共识”前提下，共创双赢。涂明慧指出，两岸目前开放到达一定程度，交流频繁，国共两军皆能互相参访了解历史，难能可贵。大陆退役将领的第二代子弟也将借此机会参访军事展馆。

　　涂明慧也表示，希望两岸能共同坚持“九二共识”，在政治上求同存异，加强两岸社会、经济、文化各层面的深度交流，共同促进两岸的和谐发展。

　　台湾中华民族团结协会理事长夏瀛洲说，如果两岸同胞不能团结，中华民族的领土和海洋权益将受到侵犯。他认为，目前海峡两岸的共同敌人是觊觎钓鱼岛和南沙主权的国家，不该将彼此视为敌人，让其它国家有可趁之机。

　　解放军开国少将李中权后人李洋指出，国共从前剑拔弩张，现在却能到台湾参访，实为两岸团结的开始。身为军人后代，互相参访也是为了看看历史、表示对前辈的尊敬。

　　他表示，两岸的开放不只贸易往来，也体现在人情上，当初四川汶川大地震台湾给予太多的帮助，这些都让大陆人民感激在心。更多的参访了解彼此，将是两岸人民共同的愿望。

　　与会人士呼吁两岸团结。台湾前“黑蝙蝠中队”队员朱震说，一生从没想过两岸会有这么和平的一天，谈到当年，他哽咽地说，“不敢想太多，想多了会掉泪。”
