“结对子”活动则组织了101名各界成功人士与101名青年民营企业家“结对子”，共同开展民营企业创业交流、志愿服务、专题调研、项目策划等，发挥“两代表一委员”民营企业家等各界成功人士的“传、帮、带”作用，时间为1年。
以上负责人指出，希望借此达到提高青年企业家政策把握、市场分析、项目统筹、沟通协调等能力的目的，从而促进青年民营企业家成长。另据悉，实施党员民营企业家培养工程，提高青年民营企业家的综合能力素质，也是佛山党建工作的“书记项目”。
