据介绍，景区环境与周边秩序等旅游基础建设情况是长期困扰旅游管理部门、旅游经营者，以及游客游览质量的大问题。尤其是假日期间，景区游客量明显增加，景区环境秩序，以及厕所、休息、就餐场所等公共服务设施接待能力备受考验。

不仅机动车违章停放，地坛公园北门外的自行车也是随意摆放，很多自行车就直接锁在公园外的铁栏杆上，给行人带来不便。
