　　铜鼓县档案局工作人员许瑞祥介绍，这份名单共计70页，由当时的江西省保安司令部转发编印。名单上登记了日军第十一、十二、十三、十四共四批381名日军战犯，并详细列举了日军战犯的姓名、军衔、职位以及他们在侵华战争中所犯下的主要罪行。

　　其中，名单上关于日军中将战犯香月清司的记载为：“1947年8月—9月间在河北保定纵属对沈书同等30人实施杀害抢劫破坏财产及强迫平民从事有关军事行动之工作等罪行。”关于日军第五师团长中将战犯板垣征四郎记载为：“1937年—1938年间在河北保定纵属对阎老尚等29人实施杀害抢劫及破坏财产等罪行。”
