邱波
35岁，1998年6月加入中国共产党，1999年6月毕业于中国政法大学经济法系，同年7月于北京市第二中级人民法院参加工作，历任刑二庭书记员、助理审判员。现任北京市二中院刑二庭代理审判长。2012年、2013年均被评为优秀共产党员，2012年还被北京市委政法委评为北京市双优法官。
由于工作业绩突出，邱波在2011年便成为二中院刑庭最年轻的审判长。
新京报讯 (记者张玉学)作为原铁道部部长刘志军受贿、滥用职权案的承办法官，邱波封闭办案一个月，撰写了数万字的审理报告及判决书。之后，其所撰写的判决书获得上级法院及同仁的一致好评。
在二中院从事审判工作7年来，邱波审结过数起如故宫被盗案等轰动全国的大要案，所承办的一审案件除一件因被告人坦白新的犯罪事实被发回外，其余案件无一被上级法院发回改判。
刘志军案判决书获得上级法院好评
今年4月10日，原铁道部部长、党组书记刘志军因受贿、滥用职权一案，由北京市检察院第二分院依法向北京市二中院提起公诉。
邱波作为二中院刑事审判队伍的骨干力量，以专案组成员的身份承办了此案。
因该案是在全国范围内有重大影响的正部级官员职务犯罪案件，案情复杂，光卷宗就有400余册。
邱波称，因此审理该案有极高的要求。无论是庭审过程，还是最终的判决书，都要求不能出一点点失误，并且还要经得起放大镜下的检查和历史的考验。
为了办好该案，邱波克服家庭困难，封闭办案一个月，撰写了数万字的审理报告及判决，最终圆满地审结了该案。其所撰写的判决书，也获得了上级法院及同仁们的一致好评。
曾审结石柏魁故宫盗窃案
从书记员开始，邱波工作勤恳，业务能力很快得到提高并获得领导、同事一致好评。
中国股市第一案“中科创业案”、原建设银行行长王雪冰受贿案、原国土资源部部长田凤山受贿案、原山西省委副书记侯伍杰受贿案、京城第一女巨贪石巧玲贪污案，这些震惊全国的大要案背后均有邱波的身影，这使得邱波成为二中院刑二庭的大要案书记员。
2006年，邱波被任命为助理审判员。这之后，他每年结案量均名列前茅，并迅速承担起大要案审判的重任，成为刑二庭的大要案承办人，审理了一批在北京乃至全国有重大影响的疑难复杂案件。
如2008年的房山王氏兄弟敲诈勒索案，该案被告人有23名，作案1996起，被害人1572人，卷宗300余册；2011年的“蒙京华”非法吸收公众存款案，该案被告人26名，犯罪数额2.9亿余元，投资人2900余名，卷宗933册，会计账册15箱；2012年的原新华人寿保险股份有限公司董事长关国亮挪用资金、职务侵占案，该案涉案资金2亿余元，卷宗207册和石柏魁故宫盗窃案等。
据了解，自审判案件7年来，邱波所承办的一审案件除一件因被告人坦白新的犯罪事实被发回外，其余案件无一被上级法院发回改判。在院内的案件检查中，也无任何差错，并多次收到当事人送来的锦旗。
