参会 基层代表更显多样性

时间 两个半天开大会 其余分组讨论
俞佳友说，所有中央委员、候补中央委员和列席人员都住在京西宾馆。作为列席人员，他参加了全部会议议程。
昨天，俞佳友在浙江日报上发表了一篇参会手记。他介绍，4天的会期，除了两个半天是全体大会，其余都是分组讨论。他所在的组共有出席和列席会议的代表50余位。
俞佳友回忆，分组讨论时，他所在小组的出席和列席代表分别来自浙江、江苏、江西三个省以及部分中直单位。
他所在的小组共有7名来自浙江省的代表。浙江省领导夏宝龙、李强、王辉忠、葛慧君、梁黎明作为中央委员、候补中央委员参加会议，俞佳友和吴菊萍作为十八大基层代表列席会议。
分组讨论会场内设有专门的发言席。尽管是列席会议，俞佳友和吴菊萍都发了言。俞佳友的发言稿题目是《宣传党的好政策 传递改革好声音》，全文2000多字，已经刊登在昨天的《浙江日报》上。“分组讨论代表发言非常踊跃，发扬民主。”他回忆道。

他在手记中记录：“(习近平总书记)深情地对代表们说，大家的发言都讲得很好，我们要从历史经验和现实需要的高度来提高对全面深化改革的认识，从总结经验、顺应时代潮流中看到全面深化改革的必要性和紧迫性。这次全面深化改革，必然会遇到思想观念的障碍、利益固化的藩篱。我们要进一步解放思想，争做时代弄潮儿，以自我革新的勇气和胸怀，跳出条条框框限制，克服部门利益掣肘，找准改革突破的方向和着力点，确保改革取得成功，最终走向国家富强、民族振兴、人民幸福之路。”
