今年59岁的邢庆，现任北京市人民检察院第二分院反渎职侵权局局长。他常说：“只要对得起国家，对得起老百姓，得罪谁我都不怕。”
不惧威胁追讨5亿案款
震惊全国的“新国大”集资诈骗案，卷走3000多人、逾5亿元人民币的血汗钱。担任“新国大”系列案件专案组组长的邢庆，从两封举报信入手，不惧威胁，最终将宋某送上法庭，揪出众多贪员，拉开了查办全国首例期货监管渎职案的序幕。而那位“说客”，最终也被“挖出”，受到应有的制裁。

胃出血仍坚守岗位
除了顶住各方的压力，高强度的调查、取证工作，也令常人难以想象。邢庆说：“有一次，为去外地调查取证，我连续出差17天。因为走得急，来不及带换洗衣服，也没时间买。回家时，整个人都馊了，老婆差点把我赶出家门！”
邢庆身边的工作人员介绍，每次碰到难啃的“硬骨头”，邢庆一定会亲自“死磕”。
有一回，连续多日参与抓捕、搜查、取证后，邢庆胃溃疡发作，疼痛难忍，仍硬撑两天后才去医院。
因胃部失血过多，他在医院门前就休克晕倒了，面部朝下重重摔在地上，嘴唇后来缝了15针。
据了解，邢庆先后侦办了原国家科委副主任李效时（副部级）受贿案、原北京市住房管理中心主任刘祺（正局级）受贿案等一大批大案、要案，多次荣立个人一等功、集体一等功，并荣获北京市“十佳检察官”等荣誉称号。
