  于建华认为,目前北京的PM2.5来源很复杂,成分也很复杂,但是并没有到形成光化学烟雾事件的程度。例如今年1月份的空气重污染,是因为“一月份天气很冷,雾很大,湿度很大,这和光化学烟雾的机理不完全相似。”


  此外,针对市面上发布空气质量的各种软件,于建华表示,很多软件的算法和公式是不正确的,大家可以通过环保部门的网站下载专业的软件,它的信息最为权威和准确。

  为避免与商贩发生冲突,今年,城管执法机关在前期宣传告知的基础上,将违法行为发生的时间、地点、店名等信息取证,在取证次日、且商户消费人员较少时,会同环保等部门开展非现场处罚工作。
