　　京华时报讯 (记者 梁超)11月12日中午，上海大学巴士汽车学院两名男生在宿舍发生争执，其中学生汤某将另一名学生聂某刺伤。昨天凌晨，聂某抢救无效身亡，汤某已被刑事拘留。

　　据了解，该事件发生在寝室内，两名男生均为2012级学生。当时因琐事发生了争执，继而发生肢体冲突，汤某(21岁)随后拿刀扎伤聂某(20岁)。浦东公安分局于12日下午1点54分接警，民警赶赴现场处置，将汤某控制。学校则在第一时间将受伤学生聂某送往医院救治，但经医院全力抢救无效，聂某于13日凌晨不幸身亡。

　　据警方介绍，到案后，汤某交代因琐事用刀捅伤同寝室聂某的犯罪事实。汤某已被刑事拘留。
