Shanghai’s proposed legislation to protect the immovable cultural relics

　　昨天，早报记者从有关部门给市人大代表、同济大学副校长伍江的意见答复中获悉，针对上海3000多处不可移动文物登录点保护缺乏法律的局面，上海正酝酿起草新的文物保护条例，有望将沪上的不可移动文物登录点进行分类分级保护。

　　上海市文物局在答复中称，2007年至2011年上海开展第三次全国文物普查，共登录不可移动文物4422处，其中近现代重要史迹及代表性建筑占3266处。

　　但这些文物登录点的后续保护面临严峻考验，如不少地块已在普查前出让或已被划入了旧改范围，文物保护与城市建设、改善民生等问题上存在不可回避的矛盾。
