　　目前，这几个院还有几十户居民没交取暖费，而交了钱的居民则担心，要是供热公司因为没收齐钱不给供暖，实行“连坐”可咋办？

　　换热站亏损难维持

　　“我们也是迫不得已”

　　记者从石家庄市供热管理中心了解到，居民交的取暖费里其实包括了换热站的运营费，按照供销价格，供热企业每年再向换热站划拨运营费。

　　很明显，这多交的1.5元是不合理的，那换热站为何要加收这部分费用呢？

　　记者了解到，石家庄多数换热站由住宅开发商承建，物业公司经营，而这几个院因没有物业，换热站由专门的运营人员管理。而向居民收费的，就是换热站的管理员。

　　负责南街7栋楼供暖的换热站一张姓负责人介绍，该换热站一个采暖季下来电费要花2.5万，水费在3千~5千元不等，三名工人4个月工资也得2万多，光以上费用就要花5万元左右。

　　而供热企业返还给换热站的钱是按面积计算的，该供热站的供热面积有1万多平方米，每个采暖季只能拿到1.4万多元钱，差的那3.6万元都要自己来填补。张姓负责人介绍，这还不包括设备的保养维修费用，因小区管网老化经常要维修，每年还要花掉几千元，“我们也是迫不得已呀！”
