　　当前，中国先后有浙江、江苏、辽宁等10个省区展开“省管县”改革试点。吉林省这次试点的两个县级市公主岭和梅河口市，在省内县域经济综合排名中，分别位居第二和第三。

　　吉林省委财经办副主任石明磊介绍，试点主要涉及户籍制度、城乡建设用地、城乡保障制度、干部管理体制等改革内容。但具体的政策措施还在制定当中。

　　这次改革试点的核心是简政放权。为此，吉林省共下放400多项行政审批权限到县一级。并制定相应措施，使得这些权力能够真正下放，为试点地区松绑减负。(完)
