另据阿尔捷米耶夫13日介绍，吉林昊融的合作伙伴俄罗斯地质技术公司在勘察加半岛拥有重要矿产，包括4.3万吨镍矿、1500吨钴矿以及大量铜矿资源。他表示，受制于基础设施条件，目前勘察加半岛矿产资源开发程度有限，俄中两国企业将合作促进这一地区的矿产开发。
