屈梅随后又来到了一个摩托车经销维修店，店外的便道上摆了十余辆摩托车。店主是一位年轻的小伙子，开始，他的态度还算不错。店主说，店里面积小，摆不下这么多摩托车。屈梅告诉他，摩托车也不能摆在便道上。店主的态度一下子冲了起来，“别人也是这么摆的，不摆出来，别人怎么知道我是卖摩托车的？让我怎么活，只能饿死了”。店主甚至说，如果生意做不下去了，就跟着屈梅吃饭。店主说，让他在门口画停车线，他也画了，“别人汽车能停，为啥摩托车就不能停？”屈梅告诉他，只能停不能经营，店主顺口来了一句“那我只停不就行了”。最终，店主没有挪动一辆摩托车。

到小区查违建连续吃闭门羹
在来广营城管队，副队长巩向忠是查违建的负责人。9月20日，记者跟随他来到北纬40°小区。小区一位居民，在24楼阳台私搭了违建。城管队员与物业工作人员一起来到这家居民门口，敲了十几分钟的门，也没人来开门。
巩向忠说，这已经是他们第二次吃闭门羹了。第一次来，虽然住户开了门，但根本不让进门。
巩向忠告诉记者，不让进门已经算是态度好的。他让记者看了以前的执法录像，在查时代庄园的一个违建时，户主直接将垃圾扔到城管身上。由于最近市政府下了力气查违建，暴力抗法的没有了，但要么是不让进门，要么是根本不开门。
巩向忠说，最近政府出台了各项针对违建、露天烧烤和政策，说明城管的工作还是得到了社会的认可，“只要我们是为了老百姓，为了把城市管理得更好，相信会得到更多的支持”。作为一名老城管，巩向忠说，他为自己的工作感到自豪，也会认真地做下去，让社会满意。

卖菜老太连哭带闹城管执法被迫叫停

据小区的居民说，老太太的菜摊以前并没有这么大，时间长了越来越大。而且老太太的菜卖得比市场还贵，白菜市场上才一块一斤，她卖两块一斤，“城管早该查了”。一位要进小区的小伙子说了老太太一句“不要在这里卖”，老太太立即将矛头对准了他，“要你管，有城管管我，关你什么事”。
眼看城管的劝说不起作用，居民也有些不满，“为啥不把她带走？”杨忠告诉居民，“城管不能扣人”。
眼看老太太哭声越来越大，围观的人越来越多。杨忠只能决定终止这次执法，让4名执法人员站在老太太菜摊前，看到有居民买菜就阻止，“根本没有其他办法”。
杨忠告诉记者，为了解决无照商贩经营，方便居民，来广营地区目前已经设置了3个便民早市，很多无照商贩都进了市场。城管也多次为老太太协调进市场，但老太太就是不去，“不愿意交管理费”。
一些居民表示，他们很支持城管的执法。对此，杨忠说，只要居民认同，能为他们做点事，就觉得工作没白做。

女儿爱撕小广告妈妈开心又担心
屈梅有一个快满13岁的女儿，提起女儿，屈梅忘记了工作的不满，满脸幸福，“她很懂事，也能理解我，经常说‘妈妈辛苦了，妈妈受委屈了’”。
屈梅说，她以前看到小广告就会撕，女儿也学会了，经常放学回家带回来一大把撕的小广告。一些城管队员说，他们回家后，都不敢告诉朋友和小孩，他们是干城管的。但屈梅的女儿不同，她不但为自己的妈妈是城管感到自豪，还特别关注城管。
有一次五年级上作文课，老师讲到小贩与城管的冲突，把责任全归罪在城管身上。屈梅的女儿当场站起来跟老师说，小贩占道经营侵犯了别人利益，也影响别人通行。结果，同学们“群起攻之”，都说她不对。
虽然女儿很懂事，但屈梅也怕女儿受到伤害。之前来广营曾经有一个老太太撕小广告被打，屈梅叮嘱女儿，不要再单独一个人的时候撕小广告，屈梅告诉记者：“我告诉她，大人的事让大人们来解决。”
屈梅说，她做城管，同样也是为了挣钱养女儿，养家糊口。女儿的理解让她感到很欣慰，“希望有更多的人越来越理解我们的工作”。
一线队员说执法难点
◎占街商户
私底下，跟商户聊得也很多，商户也都能理解，可一触及到利益，就都不干了。
◎无照商贩
有时候看到无照商贩，觉得他们也很可怜，睁一只眼闭一只眼，也不想查。但无照商贩要是影响了道路通行，影响了小区居民的生活，居民就会打举报电话，又不得不查。
◎露天烧烤
露天烧烤的羊肉掺假众人皆知，也都知道露天烧烤污染大气环境。可很多市民仍在吃，城管查处时，很多时候不是商贩阻止，而是食客在起哄。如果影响到居民的休息和空气环境，居民会不停地打举报电话，城管又只能去查，查了又会出事，“我们就是夹缝里做人，两头不讨好”。
◎查处违建
如果按照所有程序，一个违建从查处到开始拆除，至少需要半年时间，如果不让进门的话，时间就更没谱。但媒体一发现哪有违建，又追着城管，恨不得马上拆掉，“很少能考虑到现实情况”。
◎工作身份
有时候回老家或和朋友聚会，都不敢告诉朋友和亲戚，自己是干城管的。
