　　红会称无法上门服务

　　随后，记者查阅了《武汉市遗体捐献条例》，其中第九条明确规定：捐献人可以自己到登记机构办理遗体捐献手续，也可以要求登记机构上门办理。那么，为何红会拒绝了张琪上门服务的要求？

　　昨日下午，记者来到位于武汉市江岸区胜利街的武汉市红十字会办公所在地。对于张琪的情况，专职副会长陈耘解释道，当日的接线员小张并非红会的正式员工，而是红会招募的志愿者，专门负责接听电话，接受市民的咨询。但据小张回忆，当日张琪来电时，她确实说过“不提供上门服务”。但她摇头否认了“帮不上忙”的说法。
