在浙西大道路段，事故校车的左侧已被压得严重变形，相撞的货车也不同程度损坏。据校车的司机介绍，事发时，校车一直都是正常行驶，也未超速超载，侧方一辆货车因刹车不及突然撞上，导致货车直接撞上校车，才酿成事故。
事发时。校车上大约有50多名学生，几名坐在校车中部的学生遭到挤压，受到不同程度的轻伤。事故，提起当时的场景，校车司机还一脸的心有余悸，现场充斥着孩子的哭喊声和家长安慰自家小孩的声音。
事故发生后，当地消防、民警以及校方老师等相继到场，受伤的学生也被随后赶到的120急救车送往医院进行救治。据事故校车所运送学生的学校老师介绍，受伤的几名学生，并无大碍，已经正常回学校上课了
事发后，据当地交警介绍，事故货车为一辆重型货车，因刹车不及，撞上了正常行驶中的校车，并造成多名学生骨折，数名学生擦伤。经交警部门初步调查，事故主要原因是货车司机在行进过程中遇情况采取措施不当。(完)
