移动安全公司TeleSign近日推出了一项全新的信誉追踪服务PhoneID Score——通过对人们的电话号码评级打分，来判断其信誉好坏。

PhoneID Score类似常见的信用卡评级，只不过信用评级的高低会决定你从银行贷款的金额，而PhoneID Score则会决定你是否有资格注册某个网站的帐号。

举个例子，如果支付宝使用了PhoneID Score服务，那么网民注册支付宝帐号时，提交的电话号码就会被发送至TeleSign。后者会对电话号码进行计算打分，并将评级信息反馈给支付宝。如果评级过低，那么支付宝就可以拒绝该网民的注册请求，或是要求其提供更多的身份验证资料。

普通的灌水论坛自然不需要仔细鉴别注册用户，而对于支付宝这类涉及资金流转的网站来说，筛选出“良民”就变得非常重要。僵尸帐号、不法分子则可能对整个网站带来负面影响。

TeleSign参考了多个因素来决定某个电话号码的评级情况。比如该公司会参考你使用的是固话、移动电话还是网络电话号码（Google Voice、Skype等），其中固话号码被认为是最安全的，而网络电话号码则被认为是最危险的。

当然，目前最常见的还是移动电话号码。对于这类号码，TeleSign会参考该号码的注册地、用户是否使用了预付费电话、是否使用了合约服务。

“如果你使用的是预付费电话并且是印尼用户，那么没有任何关系，但如果是美国用户，你的电话号码评级将会受到影响。因为美国的预付费电话通常会牵涉到欺诈事件。”TeleSign公司的CTO Charles McColgan告诉WIRED，“预付费电话供应商也存在区别，TracPhones提供的预付费号码就比MetroPCS更有可能用于欺诈。”

此外，TeleSign还会参考你的号码是否曾用于欺诈活动、是否跟欺诈活动相关，以及该号码最近是否注册了大量毫无意义的帐号等。

不过你没有办法查看自己的电话号码评级分数，因为TeleSign目前还不打算分享这些内容。评级分数数据库可能是该公司的核心机密所在，一旦公开，其他公司便能信手拈来并对TeleSign构成商业威胁。

PhoneID Score服务主要是针对网站这类企业级用户而言，实际上许多普通消费者已经接触到类似的电话号码评级服务。比如手机上的一些安全管家app会对陌生电话贴上标签，以告知用户该号码是否为垃圾号码、推销号码以及有多少人将其拉进了黑名单等。
