  现状:地上地下皆是瓶颈


  国贸立交桥上层为三环路,中间层为长安街,下层为东三环及长安街辅路。国贸桥周边共有几十条公交线路经过并设站。地下则是地铁1号线和10号线的交通换乘站,由于大量车流人流聚集,交通出行环境较差。与此同时,作为金贵的CBD,区域内的地下空间利用却十分不足。


  地上,长安街和三环的一横一纵两道车流人流交织。地下,1号线和10号线换乘人流汹涌,隐患不小。地铁国贸站目前的换乘方式为通道式换乘,主换乘通道宽度为8.5米,最大换乘距离约为160米。但由于两条线站厅高差为6.4米,换乘通道内设有两部扶梯、两部楼梯,导致单向人流最大允许宽度仅为4米,在高峰期十分拥挤,楼梯和扶梯的梯口极易形成人流瓶颈。


  位于国贸桥边的国贸中心建成于1990年,经过20多年的发展,已成为多功能商业贸易中心,总建筑规模约86万平方米,但如何与城市交通衔接起来,参与解决地区交通问题,过去并没有好办法。


  2013年初,北京市规划委主任黄艳接受采访时提出,今年将借着国贸桥西北角国贸展厅改造的机会,改善国贸地区的交通状况。在规划部门主导下,各方共同研究国贸桥区域交通改善方案。国贸公司主动提出,将自有土地用于建设地铁换乘中庭、地下连通道、下沉广场等城市公共设施,改善地铁换乘环境。


  手术:地面分流地下互通


  目前的“手术”方案是,大大增加地铁换乘通道的宽度,同时在地下建设面积约为5300平米的换乘厅,在立体空间内解决地铁进出站、两站换乘、与北侧地下商业连通等功能,各功能流线互不交叉,顶部开设天窗,将自然光引入地下,提高舒适性。


  地下换乘中庭还与原国贸地下商业空间对接,不仅作为地铁换乘通道,同时作为地下空间人流集散和流转的核心。地铁使用区域和商业区域分区明确,实现立体的地下步行体系。据介绍,这借鉴了国际大都市利用地下空间作为交通换乘枢纽的成功经验。


  在地面,规划方案则改造了国贸地块东南角现状坡道和地库出入口,形成城市公共空间,重新组织地块内机动车流线,尽量实现地面人车分流。


  据介绍,国贸交通一体化方案将公示,听取公众建议。同时,规划部门正在更大范围用地内对CBD地区交通问题进行整合研究,推动国贸桥地下空间实现互联互通。


  北京市规划委人士表示,国贸作为城市典型建成功能区,其更新改造过程中交通改善的规划方法,将对今后其他建成区的更新改造具有较强的借鉴意义。
