本报讯(记者 尚燕华 赵建海 李文强 李洁夫)在十八届三中全会前夕，一本由时任正定县县委书记习近平签章颁发的“率先致富奖”证书现身正定。30多年前，正定县顺城关的甘国田敢为人先，靠规模种植月季花致富，成了正定首批万元户之一。1985年1月20日，县委县政府发证表彰了他，并鼓励他带头致富。
近日，记者偶然见到了这个见证改革35年风云的“纸化石”。这个保存完好的红色小本本，其实不足一巴掌大，塑料封皮的上方印着“县委书记、县长奖励证书”，下方印着“中共正定县委、正定县人民政府”。泛黄的内页左边，有钢笔写的“甘国田，42岁，正定镇顺城关农民”的字样，以及他作为“种花专业户，一九八四年纯收入14000多元”的事迹。在内页的右边，赫然写明“率先致富奖”，批准人签章是习近平(印)、刘树章(印)，落款日期“85年1月20日”。
35年前的正定，与全国很多地方一样，老百姓们都还很穷。甘国田作为农民中有文化的能人，在十一届三中全会召开后，“先知先觉”，借着改革的春风，率先打破了种粮、种菜、养猪的传统模式，于1979年开始试种月季。1981年，他带领全家搭建育苗温室，并花三百多元从北京以每株3元的价格，背回一百多株月季苗，在一小块荒地里尝试温室育苗；1982年，他便将自家农田全部改种成月季。1983年，他们全家靠卖月季苗就收入7000余元，成了远近闻名的月季专业户。1984年，甘国田带领全家继续租田扩种月季，数量高达20万株，品种多达百余种，当年纯收入就上了万。2012年10月，甘国田弥留之际将这本证书交给了老伴和孩子。
甘国田的大儿子甘语录说，父亲自改革开放以来，一直卯足干劲儿，带领全家人及乡亲们在致富路上向前奔。“这本证书父亲小心珍藏一生，我们会好好保管。父亲的创业精神也一直在激励着我们前行。”
这，不只是故事
采访甘国田家族的故事，一直有一个问号围绕：这究竟是一个什么样的人？有着一种什么样的精神，可以在家族中无声传承？
这里有四个细节，可以帮助我们还原——
一句话：甘国田老人弥留时的一句“凡事要往前头干”，这是一个有超前意识的奋斗者。
一幅字：临终前用毛笔颤巍巍写下的“家和万事兴”，行家看后，两个字：“专业”！
一本档案：所有的来信，大量曾经的资料、文件，非常专业地编订成了厚厚六七大本，前面有目录索引，其中不乏习近平1984年5月10日在正定县政协讲话的油印稿等众多珍贵资料，另外还有几大捆珍藏多年的书报杂志。这是一个什么样的“有心人”啊！
一本“自传”：老人对儿女很少提自己的过去，但在其留下的字迹工整的三页“竞选词”中却浓缩了自己的一生，包括“红本本”那一段经历，要知道这段“竞选词”是2009年，也就是他去世前三年，想重新竞选村领头人带领大家再大干一场而写下的！
甘语录说，这是父亲最初种花的地方。
一个家族：记录创业永远“在路上”

“他这个人，不爱张扬，对谁都随和，就是爱看书、爱读报、爱琢磨事。”日前，在正定县顺城关，甘国田老人的老伴刘小果，小心翼翼地从立柜里捧出了一个包裹着的“红本本”。
“甘国田，男，42岁，正定顺城关农民，种花专业户，一九八四年纯收入14000多元。授予‘率先致富奖’。批准人：习近平(印)、刘树章(印)，1985年1月20日。” 这本当年由中共正定县委、正定县人民政府颁发的“县委书记、县长奖励证书”，记录着一位农民创业者不平凡的奋斗传奇。
2012年10月，这本证书的获奖者——甘国田老人在弥留之际，将他一生所获的各种证书及整理成册的一些资料交给妻子刘小果，并嘱咐她和三个儿子要好好保管，并一代代地传下去。在父亲的遗物中，甘家的三个儿子第一次亲手触摸到这本“县委书记、县长奖励证书”，第一次打开证书翻看内页，仿佛打开一部厚厚的家族创业史。
一筐背出个“万元户”
在刘小果老人的回忆中，上世纪70年代末，上过“半拉子”高中、“脑子好使”的甘国田被大队派到旅游景点“大佛寺”里搞绿化，爱学爱琢磨的甘国田从此掌握了不少养花技术，也接触到不少外界的专业信息。
“1978年底，第十一届三中全会结束后，父亲就变得跟以前有些不一样了。”甘国田的大儿子甘语录回忆，当时父亲总是跟母亲念叨着要在家里种月季。“1979年一开春，父亲就开始在离家不远的地里试着种植月季，经常一个人拿着笔记本蹲在地里伺候月季。从一拃长的苗，一茬茬地试，鲜艳的月季花终于在地里盛开，引得不少人过来看，就连照相馆的人都来到这里照相。”
甘国田接连两年试种月季都取得成功。1981年春，他做出了一个不可思议的举动：他揣着从亲戚们那里凑来的300多元“巨款”去了北京天坛，以3元一株的价格，用一个柳条筐，坐着火车，背回来一百棵月季苗。至今对十二种花色如数家珍的甘语录说，那时十四五岁的他也是标准的小花农，在周围种菜村民诧异的眼光里，从此和父亲“长”在了苗圃里。“从1983年开始，我们一家就开始成批量地卖起了月季苗，开始租地扩种月季。”

1984年8月23日，《河北日报》二版头条报道《花开富贵》，这样记录了一个“养花万元户”的诞生。
一人带出一大片“花农”
甘国田出名了！求取“致富经”的信件，随着不同媒体的报道，从全国各地逐渐雪片般飞来。
随之而来的，还有荣誉。
“在党的十一届三中全会富民政策指引下，你们解放思想，开拓门路，勤劳致富，你们是全县人民学习的榜样，是先进生产力的代表，是率先落实党的富民政策的典型。县委、县政府授予了你们光荣的称号，我们对此表示热烈的祝贺。”
在甘国田老人精心装订的档案册里，躺着一纸《致万元户的一封信》，这是1984年9月15日正定县供销合作社联合社写给他的。
“白雪山、白骑士、火种、赤龙球、佳香……”在甘语录的眼中，种花当年不光新鲜，更是个“高科技”活儿，“父亲种月季出了名，我们弟兄仨还有好几个亲戚，都被父亲手把手地带成了种植能手，月季品种也达百余个。我们刚开始经常骑三轮到石家庄市里去卖花，那会儿人们刚从文革中走出来，满大街蓝灰颜色的打扮，不同颜色的月季谁见了不喜欢，一盆就可以轻松卖到三块钱。”
作为县里表彰的“典型”，十里八乡一拨又一拨人排队到地头来参观，越来越多的乡亲种起了月季。“父亲人好，谁问他都教。他常说，一人富不算什么，能带动乡亲们致富，值！”
在甘语录的记忆里，时任正定县县委书记的习近平就至少三次来家里和甘语录的父亲长聊，有时坐县里的吉普车，有时骑自行车就来了。
“父亲爱喝，好朋友。记得有一次，是一个冬天快晌午的时候，父亲正和几个朋友喝酒时，就听见屋外有人招呼。当时我看到有七八个人进了我家院子，其中一位穿着绿军大衣的年轻人和我父亲握手，我父亲赶紧把大家让进屋里。我在屋外听长辈们说，那个穿军大衣的年轻人是县委书记。”甘语录说，当时还小大人不让在旁边，父亲也很少提，聊什么“大事”不知道，只知道“县委书记”在他家里坐了一个多小时，也没吃饭就走了。“后来才知道，和父亲聊天的县委书记叫习近平。”
刘小果老人说，那时家里也经常有人来，有来自全国各地的买花的、学技术的，也有县乡来干部考察推广的。“家里来的客人多，茶壶小总是要不停续水，后来老甘专门从外地背回来一个大泥茶壶，这个泥茶壶能盛一暖壶水。每次家里来人，老甘就拿出这个大茶壶，大家坐在一起边喝边聊。县委书记来家里，我们也没有特意准备啥，他和大家坐在一起，喝水也就是和大家一起用这个大茶壶倒。”
一本证书记录
一段“闪亮的日子”
刘小果老人说，那时候老甘因种花取得了很多荣誉，1984年至1986年还在本村任村大队长，当年还被选为正定县第七届政协委员，他常常出去开会，回来后也会带回奖状或本、笔之类的奖品，但有一次她印象特别深。“1985年初，那时天特别冷，老甘从县里带回来一个大大的‘致富光荣’木质金匾，还从兜里掏出了一个印着‘县委书记、县长奖励证书’字样的小红本。老甘把这个小红本拿给我看了一下，并自豪地说：‘咱的辛苦没白费，咱是正定首批万元户，县委书记、县长亲自表彰的。’说完，老甘又端详了一阵证书，然后让我找来一小块布，小心翼翼地将证书包起来，放到了他平时存放资料、证书的箱子底下。”
“在河北省正定县，有一个闻名的“月季专业户”，他就是去年(注：1985年春节前)被正定县政府挂上《致富光荣》金匾的农民甘国田……”
曾经采访过这位“月季专业户”的《农家乐》(《河北农民报》前身)记者赵瑞泉，现在虽已年过七旬，但面对本报记者回忆起当年在甘家月季棚里采访的这篇报道，印象依然很深，“他瘦瘦的，很精干。给人的印象是为人热情，脑子活，又踏实肯干。”
对于正定首批万元户，曾和习近平搭过班子的72岁的退休干部张五普说，当年甘国田可以说是正定家喻户晓的致富能人，县里乡里也是多次表彰。虽然当年表彰的万元户并非只有甘国田一人，但甘国田率先打破了传统的种粮、种菜及养猪的农村经济模式，积极尝试、大胆转型，在当时引起了不小的轰动，大家都争相学习。
一部相机
儿子也开始创业
“父亲作为县委县政府表彰的万元户，又得到了广大群众的支持和鼓励，这让我们一家人更有干劲儿，思想也更活泛。”甘语录回忆，1986年，“荣国府”建成了，正定的旅游业进入了黄金期，一时间游人如织。那时候，有照相机的人非常少。在“荣国府”为游人照相也就成了致富的最好方式。“父亲专门拿出了2000多元钱，给我和三弟每人买了一部相机，喜欢花的二弟则跟着父亲继续种花。我和三弟跟着照相馆的师傅学会照相后，就到荣国府门前照相，每天都能挣几十元。后来随着照相机越来越普及，我们就不再照了。”
甘语录说，在改革开放的浪潮里，父亲就像是一个弄潮儿，随时调整思路，变换方法。当时随着市场饱和以及南方花卉大量运往北方，月季市场逐渐萎缩。上世纪90年代，父亲不再种月季花，开过饭店，当过铸造厂厂长，年老时指导孩子们创业。
“我在本村任职和在外工作期间，没有受过任何处分，(19)85年被当时的县委书记习近平同志及县长刘树章同志授予率先致富奖，(19)86年被评为县优秀党员，(19)88年被评为镇优秀党员。”这是甘国田在2009年一份“竞选词”个人简历中写下的文字。甘语录说，2009年，父亲在67岁高龄时，还想着参加村书记竞选。其实那时父亲的身体已经大不如前，不久就被查出肺癌，但父亲仍想着发挥余热，为大家做些什么。
“父亲是个有文化的农民，有着40多年的党龄，他在临终前，仍不忘鼓励我们‘凡事要往前头干，给大家带头。’同时还勉励我们‘不管是在家庭，还是在社会上与人相处，都要团结他人，学会包容，只有这样，家庭和社会才会和谐，也只有团结才能更有力量。’”
在1992年出版的《正定县县志》上，记者看到，甘国田作为河北省花卉协会理事，与中国作家协会会员贾大山等，都被收录到了“正定县名人录”中。
一个家族的人
都分别创业“在路上”
35年前，发端于中国共产党第十一届三中全会的改革开放，如春风吹拂大地，全国人民栉风沐雨，一路高歌奋进，经济快速发展，中国人民也都逐步富裕起来，如今的甘家也随着经济发展有了更大的变化。
甘家哥仨在父亲的带动和鼓励下，也都能干、敢干，爱琢磨，爱钻研，敢为人先。如今年过四十的哥仨也都有自己的家业，日子也都过得宽裕、滋润。长子甘语录自己盖了一家牛头宴饭店并自己经营，独一无二的特色清真菜式曾被多家媒体的美食版面报道，饭店每天食客不断；二儿子甘语辉子承父业，在县城的旅游文化一条街——燕赵大街上开了一家花店，经营本地及南方的各种苗木花卉，回头客不少；三儿子甘录辉更是继承了父亲爱琢磨的劲儿，和妻子在县城开了一家全羊宴，一只羊能做出108道特色菜，生意做得更是远近闻名。孙辈的孩子们也开始陆续长大成家，有的跟着父母学开饭店，有的继续学业，有的憋足了劲儿，准备在石家庄开创一番属于自己的新天地。
“回忆起父亲留给我们印象最深的，一是宁肯自己吃亏，也别亏了别人。再一个就是他的创业精神，他常说我们是农民，要用自己的双手，拼出自己的生活。”
