早报讯（记者胡佳丽实习生李涵）昨日，天府早报记者从成都市监察局官方网站获悉，成都市纪委通报2起查处案件。
成都市纪委对成都高新投资集团有限公司董事长、总经理平兴进行了立案调查。经查，平兴的行为已构成严重违纪，有的问题已涉嫌犯罪。其涉嫌犯罪问题移送司法机关依法处理。
成都市委对外宣传办公室媒体服务处副处长贾小兵涉嫌严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。

据媒体报道称，8月2日下午，下班之后，平兴被纪检部门带走调查，与此同时，成都高投集团还有一位女性工作人员亦被调查。在此之前的7月中下旬，成都高投集团副总经理徐亮，已先行被立案调查。消息人士指出，平兴案与徐亮案“一脉相承”。
受上述消息影响，深交所8月6日发布临时停牌公告称，因媒体报道了高新发展尚未披露的有关信息，根据规定，经公司申请，于8月6日开市起对高新发展进行临时停牌，待公司刊登相关公告后复牌（8月7日复牌）。
8月6日，高新发展公告称，公司获悉有媒体报道公司董事长平兴被有关部门调查传闻后，立即开展核实工作。下午6时，公司接到控股股东成都高新投资集团有限公司书面通知，该通知载明：公司董事长平兴先生因涉嫌个人违纪问题，正在接受有关部门调查。
高新发展公告强调，平兴是公司的董事长，在公司经营管理层没有担任任何职务。公司的经营战略由董事会制定，公司由一支成熟的经理人团队负责日常经营管理。公司生产经营情况正常，该事项对公司不会产生重大影响。公司将密切关注事件的进展情况，及时履行信息披露义务。
高新发展上半年业绩预亏
平兴所在的成都高投集团，是成都高新区管理委员会全资控股的国有公司，成立于1996年9月，历经不少于17次的增资扩股，当前注册资本已高达110.84亿元。2012年成都高投集团公司债券募集说明书显示，截至2011年底，成都高投集团资产总额达到276.89亿元，2009年、2010年及2011年度，营业收入分别为21.51亿元、32.06亿元和40.15亿元，净利润分别为0.82亿元、1.51亿元和1.83亿元。不过，由于营业利润受到外部政策环境变化的影响，高新发展此前也发布了公司上半年业绩亏损的预告。公司公告称，今年上半年高新发展预计亏损额度达到317万元—951万元，而去年同期则亏损470.54万元。
