China News Agency, Beijing, November 15 (Xinhua Liu Shuling Chen Xiaoyuan Shi Longhong) of the CPC Central Committee on several major issues of comprehensive reform decision announced in Beijing on 15th, there's tons of concern. News 18 of which are journalists with regulating hot words.
--State-owned investment company: perfecting the management system of State-owned assets, based on capital to strengthen State-owned assets supervision, reform of State-owned capital management authorized institutions, the formation of a number of State-owned capital operation companies, support conditional on restructuring of State-owned enterprises into State-owned investment company.
--Intellectual property rights courts: strengthen the use and protection of intellectual property rights, improve the incentive mechanism of technological innovation, exploring the establishment of an intellectual property Court.

——院士“双退制”：改革院士遴选和管理体制，优化学科布局，提高中青年人才比例，实行院士退休和退出制度。

——生态保护红线：第52项任务“划定生态保护红线”提出建立国家公园体制、资源环境承载能力监测预警机制、对限制开发区域和生态脆弱的国家扶贫开发工作重点县取消地区生产总值考核。
