　　南都讯 记者薛冰妮 昨日上午，省长朱小丹主持召开省政府常务会议，审议并原则通过《关于提高我省底线民生保障水平的实施方案》、《汕头海湾新区发展总体规划(2013-2030年)》和《清远燕湖新区发展总体规划(2013-2030年)》。

　　昨日的会议审议并原则通过《关于提高我省底线民生保障水平的实施方案》，决定落实城乡低保标准和农村五保供养标准，提高城乡医疗救助标准、城乡居民养老保险基础养老金、残疾人保障水平和孤儿生活保障标准，并列为2014年省十件民生实事之首。建立起与广东省经济社会发展水平相适应、覆盖城乡的底线民生保障体系。

会议还原则通过了《汕头海湾新区发展总体规划(2013-2030年)》和《清远燕湖新区发展总体规划(2013-2030年)》，会议指出，要把汕头海湾新区建设成为中国华侨经济文化合作平台、我国东南沿海地区重要开放门户、粤东现代产业发展高地、汕头经济特区创新引领区和现代化生态宜居海湾新城。清远燕湖新区建设成为清远跨越发展引领区、广清一体化合作平台、珠三角新兴产业拓展区、岭南低碳生态示范区。
