According to United States network of overseas Chinese newspaper reported on November 14, the Pyongyang art troupe of actors dressed in colorful ethnic costumes appeared mysterious T2 terminal of Beijing Capital International Airport. 据美国侨报网11月14日报道，身着艳丽民族服饰的朝鲜平壤艺术团的演员神秘现身北京首都国际机场T2航站楼。据外界猜测，平壤艺术团此行可能是到中国昆明参加第十三届亚洲艺术节。2012年9月12日，平壤艺术团舞蹈演员金兰姬曾就钓鱼岛问题在新浪实名微博上发帖力挺中方，还配上一副大炮和军队似开战的图片，被网民疯转。
据了解， 亚洲艺术节是中国首个国际区域性艺术节，由中国文化部主办。自1998年首次在北京举办后，迄今已先后成功举办了12届。艺术节旨在向世界展示出全新的、整体的亚洲文化形象，为亚洲各国的不同艺术形式提供更多的交流机会，并促进中国和亚洲各国的文化交流。中国文化部网站11月13日的报道称，平壤艺术团这次将与越南国家木偶戏剧团、柬埔寨王国民族舞蹈团、孟加拉国Nrityanchal音乐舞蹈团等一起在亚洲艺术节上演出。(侨报特约记者 卞先锋 摄)
